Rare opportunity to vacation in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath 2 story oceanfront penthouse on the 19th and 20th floors of the desirable Horizons Condo on the ''World's Most Famous Beach.'' Spectacular views from the expansive balconies on both floors. The main floor features a spacious living room and dining area, spacious renovated kitchen with plenty of work space with all glass doors open to ocean views. Bedroom with King size bed and full bath complete the main level. Wrap around balconies provide some of the most amazing views around. Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 queens size beds and a private bath and the master bedroom holds a King bed and gorgeous renovated full bath. The Master Bedroom also hosts access to 2 large sundecks.

On site amenities include exercise room, sauna, community room, oceanfront pool and barbecue area.

Everything you need is in this unit. We provide a stack-able washer and dryer, beach towels and chairs, bath towel, linens, fully equipped kitchen and cooking supplies, shampoo and soap dispensers for the bathrooms, soap for washer and dishwasher, high speed internet and the ocean view.

We do maintain a camera that monitors the front door only from inside the unit. If you have any issue with this please let us know and we can work together to accommodate each other.

Our HOA is performing exterior maintenance on the entire building - concrete restoration and painting. The workers start around 8am and end at 4pm M-F. You may experience noise throughout the day based on what they are doing or where they are working. Previous guests have not expressed any issues or impacts with their stays.

Daytona stay

Overall the condo was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We did have a couple issues, one was the very loud construction work going on during the day, they were right outside the balcony and we could barely hear each other talk it was so loud. The other complaint was on two separate occasions we got stuck on the north elevator. Both times was only for a few minutes but felt like an eternity. I would recommend this condo to anyone, the views were amazing, I would wait until the construction is done though.

I booked this location for business purposes. The host promptly responded to all my inquiries. He was extremely informative about he process, property and amenities. Does not disappoint!

The property was clean, spacious and beautiful! The kitchen was well equipped and there was lots of extras provided for the beach such as chairs and a tent that we did not expect. There was some construction going on but this is to be expected to maintain the quality of the property and it was never disruptive. The pool was great and never crowded. I did not completely read my check in instructions and left without a key but the owner was very nice and quickly responded. In fact even before I booked I had questions and the owner was quick to respond and was super to deal with throughout the week if I needed anything. I would highly recommend this home!

A Room With A View

This space was newly renovated ( a little in progress). It was very nice. The view was like 360 degrees. You could see all angles of the beautiful ocean and the city. The beach was not o er crowded. We had some minor problems that were addressed promptly. Communication with owners was quick and easy. Hope to stay again.

Three generations

Our family ranged from 6 to 86 years old. This was a perfect location for relaxing during spring break. Kids loved the boogy boards and sand tools. The adults loved the sand chairs. The condo views are heavenly. The location was perfect.

The Views and Balconies are amazing. Although the unit could use some updating, it is clean and the location can not be beat. It was perfect for a quiet family beach vacation and was super convenient. Check in and out couldn't be easier.

Perfect space in a perfect location

My husband and I, along with 4 close friends, stayed at this awesome rental during a recent trip for a 4 day rock music festival. The owner is very communicative and answered all of my questions prior to booking, as well as check-in, and during our stay when we had a few questions. The furniture/decor is a bit outdated compared to our usual accommodations but the unit had everything we could've possibly needed and the amount of space (2 story penthouse), view, cleanliness and comfort of beds & couches were more than worth it! The owner also provides beach items so you don't have to bring or buy any of that - it was awesome to start the day every morning doing yoga on the beach and then sit on either patios throughout the day and listen to the waves while enjoying time together! We had such a great and positive experience and will definitely be back!!!

Nice space for working

This was a work trip and the space was good for 3 people to work together. We did not use the pool or beach amenities, but they were available and would be nice to have for a family or personal trip. The kitchen was supplied well. The outdoor area was under construction from roofing, so we did not get to use the outdoor space as much as we would have enjoyed, but the views were nice.

Everything you need and more.

What a great place! The check in was a little tricky due to the property manager being out sick, but once we got in, it was lovely. Well equipped with beach supplies including chairs, coolers and umbrellas. Comfy beds and wonderful balconies. Less than a mile to the grocery store and right on the beach. Perfect for our family. One or two small issues, but Joe, the host, responded to me within minutes and took care of it.
