If you demand the best ocean view, unit 708 is for you. With 5 panels of ceiling to floor sliding glass doors that overlook pristine beach front. You will have a beautifully renovated clean condo with new bathrooms. Two pools and 2 hot tubs with private beach access outside.
This 1240 sq. ft. condo has much to offer. The Living room has a 65" smart TV with electric fire place. Free WiFi. 5G
All new kitchen appliances. New hardwood floors thought out both bedrooms. No carpeting anywhere.
You have access to a large balcony from both the master bedroom and living areas.
Master has a king size bed with direct ocean views.The second bedroom has 2 DOUBLE beds with large flat screen TV. The master suit has private bath with a large walkin shower walk in large private closet.
We have both washer -dryer in condo with a fully equipped kitchen with both coffee pot and Keurig. All linens and towels are included. All bedding is cleaned with Antibacterial products. Dinning area has seating for 6. Markets & Dinning close by.
One Ocean Place is equipped with 24 hour security and covered parking. This premier condo is located in beautiful Garden City, just 19 minutes from MB airport, and only 10 minutes south of all the action offered in south Myrtle Beach living. Relaxing immaculate Breathtaking

Direct ocean front with well stocked kitchen. Clean linens and towels supplied with many extras. Balcony had seating for all of us to overlook beautiful pool and hot tubs and watch adventures over the ocean. The cleanliness was impeccable The sunrise was my favorite We rented umbrellas and beach chairs, to have them set up in the morning, it was simply the best.

When we arrived at the property, it really looked beautiful. Exactly like the picture. However, as we moved in it was obvious that the place had not been deep cleaned in a while. Hair in the bathrooms, crumbs in the drawers, a used flosser in the shower, and popcorn between the couch cushions. Cleanliness is the most important feature we look for in a vacation rental, and the place needed a lot of cleaning.

The view of the ocean both from the inside and the balcony is spectacular. This is a very nice place to stay, very well appointed with everything you would need. Clean and comfortable. Great location, close to so many fun things to do.

Fantastic and relaxing stay

Our stay at this property was very nice. I cannot think of one thing to complain about. The accommodations and amenities that came with this property are very good. I would stay at this property again. The view of the beach was perfect, calming, and relaxing. The restaurants and other community businesses in the area were very nice and enjoyable. All the rooms were very spacious and the kitchen and dining room were very nicely arranged. I recommend anyone to rent this property.

Winter Getaway

We had a very relaxing stay and it was easy to access the condo, great parking and everything we needed was inside. We had gorgeous views and easy access to the beach. Comfortable bed, cozy living room area and the electric fireplace was great too as it cooled off at night. We were disappointed that the jets weren’t working in either of the hot tubs. The owner did what they could by reporting it to management right away. The kitchen could use a good cleaning; drawers and kitchen appliances. We were happy to see that cleaning supplies were available for us to use as needed. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we’d definitely pick the same place again.

Everything was well communicated and managed re our vacation stay. The property was very well designed re all the furniture, appliances, bedrooms, etc. We have stayed at several units in this complex. This one is my wife's favorite!!! Very nice unit and property manager. Highly recommended.

Another awesome stay!

This was our 2nd stay at this property and once again we had an amazing time! The unit is tidy, clean, and well stocked. Having the reserved beach chairs snd umbrella set up for us every day is an added bonus! The views from the living area and balcony can't be beat. Already looking forward to our next stay, hopefully sooner than later!

The condo feels spacious and incredibly welcoming. The beds and furniture were incredibly comfortable, especially the reclining chairs by the big windows!!! There are many things to do in the surrounding area if you have rainy days. Going to the beach is very easy. The pools are clean and have shade in the evenings. 100% would stay here again. If you have small children be aware they have glass tabletop furniture. Not a big deal for us, but if your kids are rough be aware.

Great condo

This was our first time staying at Garden City and we loved it. The condo was perfect for our family. We absolutely loved the 2 recliners at the windows that overlooked the oceanfront pool, perfect to relax in and watch the ocean waves. The beds were so comfortable which was a huge plus! Beautiful condo

Condo was breath taking and so was the view. It was nice and spacious, had everything you need to stay comfortably. Parking garage security was walking around almost all the time and were very nice. The neighborhood was very nice also. If i ever go back to south Carolina this is the only place i will stay at. Garden city was much nicer than myrtle beach. Loved our vacation but getting this condo was the best part. Its gorgeous n so relaxing.

We have owed condos in Myrtle beach for over 12 years. So excited to finally own in One Ocean place. My family has owned units here for over 15 years. It's difficult to get a condo here-The inventory in this building, is low if any at all. This now allows us to spend quality time together.
Originally from Rhode Island I currently just moved to Myrtle Beach --My new home is only 3 miles from our condo.
