Completely RE-DONE from top to bottom, this 5 bedroom 3 bathroom private beach home will instantly transform you into relaxation mode!!!

The wall of windows from the entire main floor brings the beautiful Emerald waters of the Gulf into your entire living space.
The open concept floor plan allows your group to be together playing games, making meals, reading a book, doing some "work" at one of 2 desks, lounging around watching TV or just enjoying the shenanigans of the dolphins playing in the Gulf.
The unique layout of this house has bedrooms and bathrooms on each end. No carpeting anywhere!!!
Two king-sized bedrooms (one with brand new en suite bath featuring a beautiful walk-in shower and double sinks) and a double twin bedroom with the second bathroom are on one side of the house, and another king-sized bedroom and a double twin bedroom with 1 bathroom are on the opposite end.

All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and the home is equipped with wifi.

The huge kitchen can easily fit multiple chefs without anyone feeling crowded. It is well equipped with everything you will need to make snacks or full course meals. The breakfast bar has seating for 6 in addition to the dining table which seats 8 comfortably.

Up the spiral staircase is a bonus loft area with built in couches for lounging. 2 walls of windows and a private deck with forever views of the gulf....a perfect spot to get-away from it all, read a book, watch TV, play a game or use as a kids hang-out. You can even use this room for overflow sleeping for a couple of "little ones".
Back on the main floor, the huge gulf front deck has new furniture for dining, gulf-gazing and gas grilling. A full-sized laundry room is also on this floor.
A cool spot to sort your shells is under the house, as well as a private hot and cold water shower and plenty of parking for 6 cars.

Your small pup is welcome to join you with owner's permission! There will be a $200 pet fee per pup with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Cats are NOT allowed. Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach.

Smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

NOTE: This property has a Saturday-Saturday 7 night minimum from 5/24/25-8/1/25. If your dates are not from Saturday-Saturday during this time, you will receive an error message that your dates are not available.
