A perfect Park City vacation awaits you! This condo is a corner unit in building #2 of the Three Kings complex, one of the closest in the complex, to the resort (See the map in the photos for the location). Ready to ski? Walk right across the street to First Time and Eagle Lifts and a ticket office. (Approximately 150 yards) You’re also located next to Park City Municipal Golf Course (Park City Golf Club). During the Winter, The Park City Golf Course offers three, five and ten-kilometer loops for cross-country skiers, operated by Pine Touring.

The condo’s location is so convenient to all that Park City has to offer that you don’t even need a rental car. You can take a shuttle or Uber from the airport, get your skis delivered by a ski valet company, walk to the mountain, and take the free Park City bus into town for shops, restaurants and galleries or up to Deer Valley Resort. There is also a grocery store and Starbucks within walking distance or on the bus line. The bus line is only 100 feet from your door! You can download a smartphone app to track the bus arrival times.

Along with convenience comes comfort. This professionally decorated condo will serve as the perfect home base for all your activities in Park City. Enjoy the views of the ski runs from the open, airy living room as you enjoy a roaring fire in the fireplace. Cook a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen which opens into the living and dining area. Recharge with a good night’s sleep in one of the luxurious queen-size beds (master suite or upstairs loft), both of which are outfitted with top-of-the-line linens. Each bedroom has a sitting area with an en suite bathroom, complete with tub and shower. Enjoy a cup of coffee and the mountain view on the patio in the morning, and when you’re ready to explore, the outdoor heated pool and hot tub at the Three Kings Clubhouse will be steps away! With convenient underground parking & laundry facilities on site, you’ll have everything you need for your perfect Park City getaway. These units were built in the seventies and although this unit has some recently updated components, and although the bathrooms and some of the other areas are nice, they are a bit dated. We are planning a further remodel following the ski season.

This condo is in a great location right next to Parkcity Mountain Resort. You can walk to the lifts. Super clean and a great host would recommended it to anyone excellent for a family of four or two couples. Plan to stay here again.

Steps Away from First Timer Lift
Convenient condo in Three Kings. Closest building to lift. A block walk to the three kings hot tub and pool. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, both clean and comfortable. Beautiful view from patio. Covered parking in garage. Would recommend to friends.

Perfect Ski Condo
This condo was fantastic! Great space and a short walk across the street to skiing. Loved having a DVR and watching the saved show where the owners purchase the property. The condo had a few more vintage aspects than the pictures reflect, but the property has clearly been well taken care of over the years. Bed comfort is important to me and both the master bedroom and loft beds where great…….surprisingly even the sleeper sofa was fairly comfortable. This place feels more like a house than a condo with its high ceilings, privacy and open space views. Didn't need a car since we were there for skiing and there was a bus stop (20 yards away), Starbucks (2.5 blks), 7-11 (2 blks) and grocery stores (3.5 blks) all within close proximity of the unit.

Walk to lifts condo
Everything was perfect. Condo is close to lifts, rentals and restaurants. And free bus line. The kitchen is well equipped and laid out so you can get the family fed and on the slopes quickly. Beds super comfy and plenty of extra linens on hand. Our family of four would book here again. Owner is very accommodating and helpful.oover our stay

Location, location location!!!
My family and I stayed at this lovely property between Christmas and New year. We absolutely loved it. It is literally a 2minute walk to the the slopes. Our boys enjoyed the best snowboarding ever. The home is very cozy and you have everything you need. The kitchen was so well stocked including spices so we didn’t have to buy them. The beds are amazing and we loved all the luxurious throws after a chilly day. I can’t say enough great things about this property and the owner is super responsive. Can’t wait for our next trip!!

Close to the slopes
Place was definitely as described by VRBO and the photos. Not as new as I thought based on photos but still well done. The bus stop was right outside which was so convenient and the base of the Park City slopes was right out our door.

I love to ski, hike, and ride my beach cruiser on the Boardwalk.

Why they chose this property

I chose this condo because of the proximity to Park City Mountain. I can walk out my door and walk across the street and be on the lifts in a few minutes. I also like that the bus stop is approximately 100 feet from the door, and you can jump on the free Park City bus to ride to Historic Main Street where there are shops and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

I fell in love with Park City the first time I visited it 20 years ago. Enamored by the cachet of Park City, I was actually going there to ski & visit!! After my first visit I knew then I would own a place here some day. The mountain is a blast to ski and charming Historic Main Street is full of great shopping and restaurants. Ladies - you will find the cutest clothes, shoes, boots, ski gear and jewelry; when you’re tired from skiing, send the boys to No Name Saloon and spend an afternoon shopping!
