This condo is a corner unit in building #2 of the Three Kings complex, one of the closest in the complex, to the resort (See the map in the photos for the location). Ready to ski? Walk right across the street to First Time and Eagle Lifts and a ticket office. (Approximately 150 yards) You’re also located next to Park City Municipal Golf Course (Park City Golf Club). During the Winter, The Park City Golf Course offers three, five and ten-kilometer loops for cross-country skiers, operated by Pine Touring.
The condo’s location is so convenient to all that Park City has to offer that you don’t even need a rental car. You can take a shuttle or Uber from the airport, get your skis delivered by a ski valet company, walk to the mountain, and take the free Park City bus into town for shops, restaurants and galleries or up to Deer Valley Resort. There is also a grocery store and Starbucks within walking distance or on the bus line. The bus line is only 100 feet from your door! You can download a smartphone app to track the bus arrival times.

These units were built in the seventies and although this unit has some recently updated components, and although the bathrooms and some of the other areas are nice, they are a bit dated. We are planning a further remodel following the ski season.
