Fantastic house in an amazing location
We had a fantastic holiday in this lovely, immaculate and very comfortable house with its beautiful gardens and stunning views over the bay. It's a very peaceful location and we enjoyed the direct access to the terrace/garden and down to the beach. There are of course lots other beaches a short distance away too. The house has everything that we would want in terms of facilities for a family (2 adults and two kids) , all matching the descriptions listed here, and the house is very well equipped. The owner is very kind, helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back again.

Magnifique petite maison bretonne face à la mer
2 semaines de repos complet, au calme, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et un accès direct à la belle petite plage de Pors Mabo ! Le logement était parfait, un véritable petit coin de paradis pour se ressourcer totalement : la terrasse, la cuisine bien équipée, la literie… certes, il n’y a pas de lave-vaisselle mais on fait la vaisselle avec une vue époustouflante ! Merci à Mme Quinquis pour son accueil et sa très belle location de vacances dans une région magnifique.

Traumhafter Urlaub in der Bretagne
Traumhaftes Wetter (viel wärmer als erwartet) Die Lage des Hauses war sensationell ( direkter Zugang zum Meer und wunderschöner Blick auf die Bucht) gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Am Haus führt der GR 34 vorbei, der viele Wandermöglichkeiten bietet.

Fijn huis met een geweldig uitzicht
Dit knusse huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een zeer goed geoutilleerde keuken. Alleen voor een vaatwasser was geen ruimte meer. Koken doe je op de inductieplaat met twee kookpunten. Voldoende om lekkere eenpansmaaltijden te bereiden. Het hele huis is voorzien van allerlei fraaie zeegerelateerde details; het doet daardoor fris en uitnodigend aan. De slaapkamers zijn op de verdieping: een ouderslaapkamer en twee stapelbedden op wat wij normaal gesproken een overloop zouden noemen, maar dan wel eentje die net zo breed is als de ouderslaapkamer en er staan voldoende kasten. Wat niet geheel onbelangrijk is: het huis was uitzonderlijk schoon! Wij hebben de eindschoonmaak (tegen betaling) dan ook overgelaten aan de dame die dat altijd doet, want wij hadden niet het idee dat wij dit konden evenaren. Zou ik bijna nog het bijzonder royale terras met uitzicht over zee vergeten. Twee ligbedden, een parasol en een tafel met vier stoelen maken dit compleet om er te genieten van zon, zee, stokbrood, kaas en een wijntje. Of natuurlijk van jouw culinaire eenpansmaaltijd. Vanaf dit terras loop je zo de enorme tuin in. En dan is er nog het avontuurlijke pad dat toegang geeft tot het lager gelegen strand. Rest mij nog te zeggen dat uitbaters Marilou en haar echtgenoot zeer hartelijke mensen zijn die meteen klaar staan bij vragen of een probleempje. Gaan wij terug? Dacht het wel!

Das Ferienhaus liegt traumhaft mit Blick auf das Meer. Man erwacht morgens und kann das Rauschen des Meeres hören. Eine ruhige Oase zum Auftanken. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Garten am Meer
Ausgezeichnete Lage, nicht nur fürs Aufs-Meer-Schauen und Baden sondern auch um abwechslungsreiche Touren auf dem Küstenwanderweg zu machen. Einrichtung praktisch und gut. Das Schlafzimmer unterm Dach ist sehr niedrig und klein. Probleme im Vorfeld (die geforderten Nebenkosten entsprachen nicht den Angaben vom Zeitpunkt des Vertragschlusses) konnten dank der sehr hilfreichen Vermittlung der Fewo-Hotline gelöst werden.

Ausblick ist nicht alles...
Dieses kleine Ferienhaus ist gut geeignet für zwei Personen, aber für eine Famile mit Kindern dürfte es zu beengt sein. Wir haben das Haus selbstverständlich nicht vermessen, aber wie 60 qm hat es sich nicht angefühlt. Das Häuschen besticht durch seine Lage, von der Terrasse aus oder durch die großen Fenster kann man den schönen Blick auf die Bucht genießen. Wer zum Strand möchte, erreicht diesen über einen schmalen Trampelpfad, der zwischen dem Grundstück und dem Campingplatz nebenan verläuft. Ausstattung und Einrichtung des Zwergenhauses sind in Ordnung, allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, besonders das Bad war stark verschmutzt: Uringeruch lag in der Luft, Urinflecken befanden sich auf Boden und Wand, eine dicke Staubschicht überzog den kompletten Raum, Haare lagen vor allem rund um die Toilette herum. Das Bad wurde vor unserer Ankunft definitiv nicht geputzt! Auch die anderen Räumlichkeiten wurden allerhöchstens oberflächlich gereinigt, z.B. waren die Teppiche voller Flusen, Wollmäuse und Haare. Auf der Couch fanden wir Essensrückstände, das Geschirr und die Töpfe waren teilweise dreckig. In die Küchenschubladen hat offenbar vor unserer Ankunft niemand geschaut, denn ansonsten hätten dort nicht die angebrochenen Lebensmittel der Vormieter gelegen. Auf diese Missstände hingewiesen reagierte die Vermieterin abweisend und schob alles auf eine neue Reinigungskraft. Das Bad haben wir letztendlich selbst geputzt, gegen den Uringestank stellten wir eine Schale mit Essig auf - und das alles bei Buchung der Endreinigung. Nebenbei bemerkt sollte diese bei Vertragsabschluss EUR 60,- kosten, doch eine Woche vor Anreise wurde uns in einer Mail von den Vermietern mitgeteilt, dass die Kosten dafür EUR 65,- betragen und wir eine Kaution in Höhe von EUR 400,- zu hinterlegen haben. Eine Kaution wurde im Inserat nicht erwähnt. Überhaupt gestaltete sich die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieterehepaar als recht schwierig, nicht nur wegen der Sprachbarriere. Eine Email bezüglich unseres Abreisezeitpunks wurde nicht beantwortet. Abschließender Tipp für zukünftige Urlauber: Verzichten Sie abends in den Sommermonaten auf das Lüften, egal wie stickig es besonders im Obergeschoss ist. Ansonsten werden Sie eine Mückenplage (vermutlich aufgrund des "Bachlaufs" neben dem Trampelpfad) erleben, die Ihnen den Schlaf rauben wird.
