Captains Quarters is a stunning, newly furnished condo with spectacular views! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is just steps away from the ocean and minutes from restaurants, shopping, and various activities. Amenities include a swimming pool, a community grilling area, garage and guest parking, a washer and dryer in the unit, and wireless internet.

Start your day by waking up to the sunrise through the beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows in the master suite! The king-sized bed faces the windows, providing breathtaking ocean views. A sliding door offers access to the large oceanfront terrace.

The living room, dining room, and kitchen also provide far-reaching views of the ocean to the north! The wall of sliding doors opens onto the expansive terrace, while the large sectional sofa offers a comfy vantage point for watching the waves or enjoying the HDTV.

Guests in the middle bedroom will appreciate ocean views from their king-sized beds!

The third bedroom is equally impressive with its king bed and new furnishings.

All bedrooms are equipped with HDTVs and have strong Wi-Fi signals.

Accessing Captain Quarters is a breeze! Simply pull into the garage and park in your reserved spot. One flight of stairs brings you to your front door, or you can take the nearby elevator if you prefer to avoid the stairs!

The 3-level building features a private boardwalk to the beach, a covered grilling area, a poolside cabana, and elevators. It is just a few minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine, which offers plenty of dining, shopping, and tourist attractions.

Historical ghost tours through the old city are always a favorite. Consider taking a sightseeing cruise around Matanzas Bay, going on a horse-drawn carriage ride, riding the trolley, climbing the Saint Augustine Lighthouse, or exploring Castillo de San Marcos. Enjoy the unique Pirate cruise and visit the new Pirate and Treasure Museum. Dine on the patio at A1A Ale while overlooking the bay, and browse the many gift shops and art galleries along and around St. George Street. Don’t miss the chance to check out historical sites, including the Oldest Wooden Schoolhouse, and consider renting a jet ski or a Segway.

Great location, on the beach

Great 3 night stay. Condo was as described and clean. Beds were comfortable and the view was picture perfect and the sound of the ocean was delightful! The kitchen was stocked with plates and cookware, but no salt/pepper herbs etc. The property manager, Dora, said she would print the parking passes for me as I did not have access to a printer. But they were not in the lockbox so we were creative, and made our own. Great time would go again!

Perfect Quiet Location

A little removed from town but the perfect beach spot. Layout of the condo was wonderful, lots of space for 5 adults. The couch was perfect for relaxing on and looking out at the water and dunes.

This condo was great in accommodating our large family with 3 King beds & 2 roll aways but it could use some renovation. The tile is pretty dingy, baseboards are beaten up, and bathrooms are small and in need of a facelift.

Family vacation

We had lots of room for our family of eight. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful beach. I would recommend some dish towels for the kitchen. I bought some and left them there for the next guest. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Great location

This was a great location for our family vacation. My father uses a walker and the access to the unit via the elevator was great. The condo is spacious with good access to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped even though I didn’t care for the skinny silverware and one of the kitchen drawers sticks. It could use more than one dish towel and more than 2 hand towels. Lots of bath towels and wash clothes. Bring your own beach towels. Beds and furniture were comfy. Overall this place is great and I would rent it again. It is right on the beach and close to downtown St Augustine and stores.

Beautiful views!

Met here with family to explore St. Augustines. Location was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. It took us a little bit to figure out how to get in (go into the garage and up the elevator) as we thought we could just park and go up the stairs from the outside. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Amazing view!

The view from the Master Bedroom is second to none! It's 20 minutes from downtown St. Augustine and the Seafood Kitchen across the street is a great and fairly priced option for dinner. The parking spot for this unit is located directly below the unit and is just a few steps from the front door. Having 3 bedrooms allowed our girls to have their own rooms. The sunrise on the patio is beautiful and having coffee out there each morning was amazing!

Great condo!

This was a great property. The pictures don’t do it justice. We were so comfortable here for a week. Wonderful furnishings and everything we needed. The parking spot is perfectly placed near the condo which was an added bonus.

What a beautiful condo with stunning ocean views! Right on gorgeous beach with white sand. So peaceful and quiet, it’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer. Condo accommodated all 6 adults and 2children very well. All bedrooms were large, comfortable, and nicely decorated for a beach getaway. Marty was very responsive and prompt with the info for check in. Will keep this property saved and hopefully come back soon in the near future. 🙏🏻

Quite pleasant, a little dated

This really was a nice stay. The king beds were all very comfortable. The view was nice....it would have been better if the windows were clean. Spacious unit. For the price could have been a little more updated. But everything worked, good stove, good dishwasher and fridge, AC worked though a little loud, good location. Gopher tortoise and rabbits right outside the window. Was quiet. Next to gorgeous dunes. Missing a good frying pan/skillet, knives are all dull, but otherwise very well stocked. We had a relaxing stay. There are no ceiling fans in this unit so if you need that to sleep, be warned. TV in one of the rooms wouldn't connect to cable, I called the office number but never heard back about it. Plenty of linens. Not facing directly toward the ocean, at an angle, and you can't see over the dunes, but still, very nice.

Thanksgiving 2 020with the family

Looks were deceiving. The great beach views are the focus of the pictures online and we discovered that is on purpose. While the bedrooms are extremely large, cooling them was an issue ... no ceiling fans in the unit didn't help. The old fans in the closet look like they came from an attic. They had such an accumulation of dust we were hesitant to use them. Hard getting around in the master suite bathroom because all the space was put into the bedroom. Can't imagine staying here in the summer and trying to cool this unit for my family. Amazing views of the beach, but the beach goers from this condo can also look at you ... in your bedroom ... window verticals didn't work so well and some of the vertical pieces kept falling off despite are constant attempts at rehanging the vertical pieces.

We visited during off peak season and enjoyed everything about our stay. Property was well maintained and listing was accurate.. Ocean view was beautiful. Our girls enjoyed watching the gopher tortoises from the boardwalk as well.

This place was not as it stated, you cannot hear the ocean and can only see beyond all of the dunes. It was dirty, the sheets, towels, comforter, shower curtain, bath tub rusted, etc. We will not go back.

The perfect Getaway

Christmas at the beach

The weather could have been a little warmer but it was a great week. I would like to alert you to a potential problem in Captains Quarters 112. In the shower by the laundry when you switch it full shower, I noticed the water beading up on the ceiling and temporarily bubbling up the paint. I thought it might be condensation,but it starts as soon as you turn the shower on. I think there might be a leak in the pipe yo the showerhead. It's not serious now but might get worse in the future. Thank you for a great visit!

A few days with friends.

Tying to unpack when approached by your RUDE property manager. We had no clue what your rules for unpacking were so the second car pulled into garage very temporarily to unpack. Would have been nice if you had sent her to “charm school” before hiring!. Condo was tired & unkept. Furniture was very dirty.
