*Weddings or parties/groups of people or guest of guest are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
*Guests who are 25 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in any vacation rental managed by Callista by 360 Blue. We do not rent homes to those 25 years of age or younger who are unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Moreover, there must be a ratio of at least (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 for every four (4) young adults who are 25 years of age or younger.
