Large 5 bed & 3 bath house in Pasadena for Wedding reception, Graduations, Rose Bowl events and Summer vacations. This house features many upgrades such as a luxury master bath, 6 large TV’s, a beautiful large backyard oasis with BBQ grill, newly remodeled kitchen, wood flooring. It is perfect for a single family with kids, multiple families, or business travelers, sleeping up to 14+ comfortably.

The location is close to the Rose Bowl, Outlet malls, JPL, Universal Studio, Disneyland, Hollywood, and all of your LA entertainment desires.

Our home has a full kitchen, large BBQ grill as well as all kitchen accessories.
There are 5) 55" 4K smart TVs, living room has bluetooth soundbar that can link to your music on your phone.
It has a SoCalHealthyWater.com whole house salt-free water softener and Chloramines drinking filtration system for showers and healthy drinking.
A gas grill is available for your use.
All beds are quality comfort with new bedding and comforters.
A Keurig coffee machine as well as a regular filter coffee machine is available.
Free Drinks, wine, champagne, beer, mineral water, coffee, tea, and snacks are provided.
We allow dogs only, and will require a $350 pet fee.
Additional guests over 8 people, a charge of $25 per night.

We have a gated driveway and will give you full access to the home and backyard. There is driveway parking and will accommodate up to 5 cars. This is quite a luxury in LA as most places will charge you to park.

This is a quiet and pleasant neighborhood with tree-lined streets. It is close to historical districts, JPL, The Gamble House, Huntington Gardens, and the Green Castle are beautiful places close by to enjoy the beauty in Pasadena.

Getting Around: we offer car rental, Uber, Lyft, Public Transportation available. Burbank Airport is 20 minutes away, LAX and Ontario airports are about 45 minutes away. We have easy access to the 210 FWY which can take you in any direction.
- Residential area so be neighbor friendly and quiet after 11pm.
- Please be respectful of noise levels when outside in the evening, as this is a quiet residential neighborhood.

Great house, great neighborhood!

The house is very accommodating and the beds are super comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc. It was a quiet neighborhood and a very relaxing stay.

Adult Family Time

We were 7 adults family members from across the State, looking for a place to relax and reconnect. Chris was incredible in getting us in at the last minute when our VRBO house reserved in Nov was cancelled at the last minute. The house was perfect and had everything we needed to chill and be together for the weekend. Chris was amazing and even left us provisions to get started. The family all agreed that this was the best house ever in our five years of meeting a weekend. Three very happy generations! Thanks Chris

Cozy in Pasadena

I hosted a graduation weekend, and needed a five bedroom house to accommodate family who travelled from far and wide to attend. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Chris's house. Other than one very small bedroom with bunk beds (which would be perfect for kids), the bedrooms were all well sized. The somewhat transitional neighborhood was quiet and tree lined, and located about 10 minutes from grocery stores, and 10-15 minutes from Old Pasadena, which is charming. The house was well furnished and had all of the basics we needed (i.e., coffee pots, toaster). We would have enjoyed a larger common area, but we nevertheless enjoyed our visit.

Beautiful old home totally redone. Lovely neighborhood and very quiet. Kitchen was one of the best

Chris was wonderful at answering questions quickly. When looking for a rental, some owners still never responded. Kind and caring. Great location to get to visit so many spots we wanted to see. Yet great to come home to wonderful quiet place to sleep. We had six couples and three kids and it was perfect!

Clean with lots of bedrooms!

Chris the owner left us drinks, bread, coffee and such in the fridge which was really nice. We didn't cook but if you plan to you don't have to buy all the extra stuff.

Close to Rosebowl

Our family rented this house for the weekend to attend a Pac12 football game at the Rosebowl. The house was great - stocked with everything we needed and was close to the Rosebowl, restaurants and shopping. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood setting!

Perfect for a big family!!!

Chris had everything ready and perfect. The AC is very efficient, which you need in Pasadena in August. We put the two babies and their parents in the bedrooms at the far end of the long hallway, and it worked perfectly for naps. We had a big family gathering and sat outside on the comfy outdoor furniture fir hours. There are outdoor lights and the garden is pretty.

You’ll want to spend your time in the back yard. It is perfect for entertainment.

We were a group of 11 adults plus four who were only passing through Pasadena that day and we were all able to dine in the house the first day without feeling crowded. We hangout in the backyard grilling and playing some games provided by the host. It was an amazing evening with my family, Kitchen is well equipped with all essentials, bedrooms with enough pillows and blankets, and lets not mention the amount of parking. We are very grateful and look forward to comeback. Thanks Chris!

Exactly as advertised and expected, even better host/owner

Photos are accurate representation of property, I appreciate the honesty in them. Large number of sleeping rooms and restrooms helps to fit a large amount of people comfortably. Owner Chris was EXTREMELY helpful and responsive, which was a huge relief when I realized I had accidentally booked the wrong dates. Chris went out of his way to really help me sort things out, even though it meant less business, and more work for him. I cannot say thank you enough, or recommend him more highly; he really helped my family out in a crunch and made our trip so much better than it was going to be.

Great stay for multiple family reunion!

Five siblings and our parents were very comfortable here for a long weekend. It was a hot one and Chris had the AC going the whole time which was so nice! The pack n play came in so handy and there is a nice new highchair for little ones as well. We didnt spend any time in the back yard as we had so many fun things to do and see but we used the cushions for a few extra sleeping kiddos and they are very nice and new. Great Pasadena neighborhood!

Clean and comfy

This house was perfect for 12 people and the neighborhood was nice and peaceful. We arrived earlier than expected but Jane was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Rooms were clean and comfy. When we had questions or concern, Jane was easy to talk to and quick to respond. Definitely would stay here again in the future. Thanks Jane!! 😊

Lovely spacious house in quiet neighborhood

My extended family rented this house while we were in town for my brother's wedding, and we're so glad we did. Even with seven adults, a teenager, and a baby, the house never felt crowded. There's plenty of bedroom and bathroom space, and the beds are quite comfortable. We loved being able to hang out in the living room, share meals at the dining table, and relax on the backyard patio. The house was well-stocked, and the owner was very responsive and helpful. The location is convenient for anything in the Pasadena/north Los Angeles area. This house was perfect for our trip!

Elegant interior home and all the conveniences you would want!! Loved it!

We would stay there again if it was available when we are in Pasadena! It was clean and spotless and the beds were comfortable! The owner left supplies for the coffee maker and some little chocolate candies in the living room. It was super quiet at night for sleeping. All the rooms are attractive, especially the living room and dining area. With the 3 bathrooms, everyone in our group had their own bathroom. I give it 5 stars!! Elaine

Good and comfortable space for a group traveling to LA.

We stayed here while attending NBA All Star Weekend in LA. It was spacious and accommodating for our Group of 7. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was clean and looked recently renovated. Living room was nice. The owners provide towels and wash cloths for their guests. The home is located in a nice community about 40-60 minutes away from LA depending on traffic. All in all, I would recommend this property for those traveling in Groups.
