360 Mgmt Co was great -- place not so much
First 360 Blue management was very helpful but the condo needs some TLC. When we arrived the hot water heater was leaking and, with electrical wires in water, had to be turned off so no one got electricuted. We had no hot water the 1st day & we had a reception that evening so that was a definite interruption /inconvenience. While that was being fixed, we noticed larvae on the couch cushions and when we lifted them and separated the sections of the modular sofa there was SO MUCH food / corn chips in the cracks and crevices of the cushions, it was attracting carpet beetles. We ripped the living room apart to sweep between and under the couch and cushions. Also found a wad of gum under the cushion. It was disgusting. The rest of the place was clean, but it's apparent the maids aren't making this a priority between guests.While the furniture in the lower level looked newer (and clean), the couch, chairs and rugs in the upper level desperately need refurbished or replaced. They are stained / discolored & are showing wear and tear. I am not a picky person, but this unit pushed the edges of acceptability, especially for the price we paid (which was still high even though it was off-season). During our visit we toured several other units and they were of a much higher standard and condition than this one.360 Blue was very responsive in addressing our concerns. But it is evident the owners of the unit are not invested in a quality stay for guests.
