Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: This classic cottage sits conveniently in the Camp District and sleeps 10. This home sits on a spacious wooded corner lot where you can enjoy relaxing or dining on its expansive screened wrap-around porches. The main house boasts an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. A generous light-filled dining alcove provides plenty of room to seat 8 people comfortably, with additional seating for 4 at the nearby breakfast bar. The kitchen's honey-toned cabinets offset warm granite countertops and stainless appliances and compliment the hardwood floors found throughout the home. The downstairs bedroom is cozy and private; furnished with a queen bed, a television, and has an adjoining private bath with single vanity and combination tub/shower. The bright, window-lined second-floor primary has a charm all its own and features a roomy king-sized bed and television. The private ensuite bath has a separate tub and shower, plus double vanity. Also on the second floor and just down the hall from the primary is the third bedroom and the laundry room. The third bedroom is nicely appointed with twin beds and connects to a full bath with a combination tub and shower and single vanity. The carriage house is located just outside the main house and provides a very private mini-suite with the home's fourth bedroom, a full kitchen, dining nook, a living room with queen sofa sleeper, and a television. The full bath has a combination tub and shower and single vanity. The Beach Club, swimming pools, Shops of Watercolor, and many parks and nature trails are a leisurely stroll or bike ride away.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
