This 1752 square house has private fenced in yard has 2 mature fruit trees (Lemon tree and grapefruit) and now an orange tree, fire pit and a covered patio space great for grilling..

The house has 2bds/2baths, with King size bed in master and Queen size in 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, private exit to the patio, master bath has walk-in shower and enjoy watching the 55 inch TV in the comfort of your bed.

The 2nd spacious bedroom has a large closet and the 2nd bathroom is right next door.

The living room has queen size sofa sleeper for extra guests, a 65' TV equipped with Netflix, Hulu and HBO, along with cox cable and the house is equipped with Panoramic WIFI.

House is also equipped with Amazon Alexa, you can ask her recipes, to set timers, pay music and so much more!

The spacious dining room located right off the kitchen is the perfect spot to have friends over for dinner. We purchased this property in December 2017.

Cook in the fully equipped Kitchen with all new appliances and comforts of home or on the outside grill. You can sit and casually enjoy your meals at the expanded counter, or have a dinner party for 8 comfortably at the dining room table.

Westbrook Village is a 40+ plus community with two Championship Golf Courses and two Rec Centers featuring Olympic size swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness centers, Library and restaurants. Secure RV parking is available.

Just 5 minutes from the 101 Loop, restaurants, shopping and the Peoria Sports Complex - Spring training site for the Seattle Mariners and the San Diego Padres. Great stay in the West Valley

We loved this home, very spacious, newly renovated and super clean. No issues with anything while we were there and a great outdoor space to relax in the morning or evening. Near lots of good restaurants. I highly recommend this home.

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay so much! The home is beautiful, recently updated, and beautifully decorated. It is also clean as can be! We enjoyed the fruit tree in the backyard and the hummingbirds. Also loved to sit by the fire table in the evenings! Tricia was very helpful and great to rent from! I would not hesitate to stay there again! We highly recommend this home!

Our 2 week visit

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was great. The house is very clean and up to date. Plenty of amenities provided. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. We loved the backyard and the grapefruit tree was full of fresh fruit. I would definitely recommend staying here and would certainly stay here again.

Perfect place for my parents and me to stay while visiting family. We were able to relax in the evenings after busy days. We bought and made breakfast every day and sometimes went to the table outside if it wasn’t too hot. (August visit) I would stay here every visit if it is available.

The Perfect Spot!

A very attractive, comfortable and peaceful home. Everything we could possibly need, very clean an organized. We really enjoyed fresh grapefruit breakfast from the backyard tree as well as home-made lemonade, from the lemon tree. Easy access to golf, pool and gym. Wonderful, and hope to return next year!

Wonderful trip great house

Everything at this house was absolutely impeccable. They went out of their way to leave lots of extras. I was absolutely pleased with how everything went and hope to stay at this property or another one of the same owners when we return. We come to Phoenix quite often because we have family here. We were visiting our son and his family and this place fit the bill perfectly. Trish made sure we had everything we needed and was more than helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tricia and Eric’s home. The home was exceptional clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with all the essentials plus many extras. Beautiful house!

This location is highly recommended. The property was so nice and accessible. It’s close to main roads while remaining secluded enough to be quiet and peaceful at all times of day. The hosts are fantastic to deal with. They are highly responsive to all requests, and they reply with lightning speed. This is the second house owned by these hosts that we have stayed at, and without a doubt we will always look for their properties first before going anywhere else. All the comforts of home!

Trish & Eric did a wonderful job with this offering. We were only the 2nd people staying there, so everything was spotless and new. They really did think of everything when furnishing the essentials. The only things on my wish list would be a tv in the 2nd bedroom, and maybe a lighter weight blanket. The comforters are plush and look nice but heavy to sleep under. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return.

We are avid travelers, when we are not traveling we live only 5 minutes from this property. We have 3 cats (much to my husbands dismay), and love pets. We knew that if we had a property it must be pet friendly as we appreciate that your animals are family not just a pet. Recently acquired my Realtor license as well (Tricia)

Why they chose this property

We looked for years for the perfect vacation rental, when we found Westbrook Village we knew we found it. The neighbors are amazing, friendly and so very helpful. The amenities are amazing, 2 heated pools, hot tubs, library, gym pool tables, tennis courts and 2 restaurants on site!
