The five bedrooms are set up with 4 bedrooms on the main level and 2 bedrooms in the lower level that has two big daylight windows. We actually just turned the four season room into another large bedroom for those families that need more bedrooms. It can be converted back to a sunroom when you arrive if needed.

We have 2 king size beds, 4 queen beds, three twin beds and a bunk bed with twin mattresses plus a single hide a bed and a roll away bed. We realize that there might be families that need more sleeping arrangements so we tried our best to accommodate.

The house has a 2 car attached garage and a parking slab for at least two or 3 more cars. The home also has a patio with a privacy fence around it that is great for a BBQ with your family and friends or co workers.

This property is located in the Meadows Association which includes a private outside pool for your use during the summer months. There is also outside basketball and tennis courts plus a park right off the walking trail just two blocks away.
