If you love great design and want a perfectly central location, my apartment is the perfect spot! In a gorgeous historic neighborhood, Monte Vista, about 5 minutes north of downtown. My apartment is located on a tree-lined block near local restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. This lovingly renovated property combines historic materials with fresh design, and is perfect for those who want to spend time in a unique place. Nice quiet neighborhood

Nice little apartment, had all the necessary amenities and was nicely decorated. The landlord exercised very good communication and was very pleasant. I had a lovely stay for 2+ weeks. I would stay here again!

Nice place to stay in a residential apartment building. End unit has windows in 3 sides. Clean and quiet with nice neighbors. Close to Trinity and all central SA attractions. Thanks Austin!

Amazing apartment

I loved the apartment, location wise was close to downtown, the apartment itself was exactly as described and it was really clean and nicely decorated. No complaints at all! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice, quiet, safe place to stay.

My husband and I rented this property for our honeymoon in March and were very satisfied upon arrival! The owner was absolutely great about getting back with us and providing information, and facilitated a great stay. The apartment was beautiful and tastefully decorated, and was well-furnished. Clean and well- maintained, it was the perfect escape, and we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The best part however would have to be the location. It was less than 15-20 minutes from EVERYTHING! Six-Flags, the zoo, the AT&T stadium, great restaurants...all within easy distance and in a great neighborhood. Could not rate this property higher- we would definitely stay again if ever in the area!
