WELCOME to SPRUCE LODGE~~~ This is a newly renovated home in Lutheridge...a small community snuggled in the woods - right in the middle of ALL the conveniences of Shopping, Dining, Art, Music etc. It is a couple of miles from the Asheville Airport. 3 GOLF Courses nearby. Approximately 15 min. drive to the BILTMORE HOUSE. downtown Biltmore Village, Historic Downtown Asheville, River Art's District and various Breweries. Even closer is Sierra Nevada Brewery. LAUNCH and SKY ZONE TRAMPOLINE parks, ANTIQUES, CRAFTS and MOVIE theaters are area favorites as well. ASHEVILLE, NC is a lovely and FAMED TRAVEL DESTINATION featured in many magazines. It's famous for it's History, Art, Music and Dining, not to mention 4 SEASON'S of BEAUTY! The BLUE RIDGE PARKWAY is 15 min away.

Perfect location between Asheville and Hendersonville!

Arden is perfectly situated between Asheville and Hendersonville. Located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to 26. The place is perfect for a couple or small family. We found it to be clean and having all the basic amenities you would need. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this place! It was decorated so pretty for fall. It’s located in a quiet community with access to restaurants and shopping, and the event we attended. Plenty roomy for 3-4 guests. We will definitely stay there again!

Great Asheville Retreat

This home was comfortable, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for a good stay. It was tucked into a quiet neighborhood but close to lots of shopping. Easy to get to Asheville, good hiking, nice wineries......we recommend this place.

The location was terrific, right in the center of places we wanted to explore. The property was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. After a day of exploring, we would come back to the house, relax, and enjoy a bit of warmth from the fireplace.

Perfect Combination of Privacy and Convenience

Rented Spruce Lodge while attending horse show at the WNC Ag Center which is about 3 miles away. Very nice accommodations - clean and comfortable. Pretty area, private and scenic but very close to restaurants and retail. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful property!!!

This was a clean, extremely well stocked cozy house in a gated community. Convenient to everything and Pam left thoughtful items (such as muffins, cookies, and hot chocolate)! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again! Spruce Lodge did not disappoint!

Very nice, clean, and comfortable. Well appointed with a full kitchen with more than the basics--dish washer, gas grill on the big balcony deck, gas fireplace, washer and dryer. Comfortable beds, nice wooded surroundings. The owner, Pamela, was so nice and helpful. She was available to help 24/7.

I want to stay here EVERYTIME I come to Asheville!

This is the cutest little cottage ever! Any questions I had were answered quickly, the owner is super friendly and the kitchen has everything you need with some much appreciated extras in the fridge etc. It was clean and neat, and the fireplace was so nice to sit by in the evenings! Rooms and beds were very comfortable and over all…it was a fabulous stay!! I highly recommend!!

Cute cottage in the woods!

We loved staying here! Everything was spotless, tons of cute details. The coffee bar was fully stocked! Plenty of clean linens. Comfy beds. Nice little trails in the neighborhood! Close to Walmart, Target, 12 bones (!), 15 min to Asheville and Hendersonville!!

Great Stay

Super stay at the Spruce Lodge. I was in town for a car show and all went well. Pamela went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. She even arranged for me to have a hose and bucket so I could wash my car after the 15 hour trip south. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Cheer!

Convenient location

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Asheville area and the cabin location made it convenient to The Biltmore Estate, Blue Ridge Parkway, downtown Asheville as well as nearby shopping and restaurants. The cabin was clean, comfortable and well stocked with guest necessities. Our only significant suggestion for improvement would be a new mattress for the main bedroom.

This place is a hidden gem ! Everything was just as advertised and then some. totally enjoyed the stay. The house is cozy and just felt so at home. Well stocked, clean, and Pam even left some muffins and candy to greet us. Quiet, gated area nestled in a small area of woods. Easy access to BRP and attractions.

Great convenient cozy place!!

This house is perfect for a weekend getaway! Pam, the owner, is great!! She welcomed us with delicious croissants for us to enjoy. She was very attentive, making sure we were enjoying our stay. The house is very clean and well decorated; making you feel at home . After we checked out, she quickly filed our deposit return. I highly recommend Spruce Lodge.

This property was a home away from home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. The property was clean and well stocked. We cooked almost everyday and I only needed to bring food. The grocery store is less that a mile. I will book agian!

Quiet location for Asheville NC visits!

This property is on a private, gated community, set back in trees. It's close to the airport and only a 20-25 minute drive to the Biltmore property and then on to Asheville downtown. All facilities are there, and is a perfect spot for 2-4 people. It's welcoming, clean, and has a great deck area to enjoy the great weather. VERY reasonably priced and Pamela, the owner, responds to any requests promptly! What else can we say - it was a great stay and we'd come again!
