Bien équipé, confortable, spacieux et clair avec belle terrasse et surtout parking dans la résidence et commerces à proximité. un peu de bruit causé par une construction en cours et le train de temps en temps.

Logement très bien équipé, propre, sécurisé, parking privé, un peu dommage qu'il ne soit pas assez insonorisé et éloigné de la plage. Nous avons néanmoins passé un bon séjour.

appartement lumineux spacieux et agréable. déception vue de la terrasse (travaux et voie ferré). option ménage exhorbitant (75€). le stationnement est un plus. facile d'accés mais un peu eloigné du bord de mer et de son ambiance. proche commoditées

Sejour a Hendaye ( Etxolan 1)

Très bel appartement, bien situé à proximité des commerces. C'est le deuxième séjour consécutif que nous faisons , en 2014 problème avec le store de la baie vitrée (si on le remonte comme il se doit ,il se bloque et ne redescend pas). En 2015 la problème n'a pas été résolu ,il est toujours présent. Le matelas du couchage Bz est taché et sent la pisse ,ceci a été signaler à l'agence A part ces problèmes tout peut être considérer comme très satisfaisant .

Presque parfait,sauf1debit/pressiond'eau nettement insuffisant(cf baignoire)pour un logement,pouvant aller en capacite,jusqu'a 5personnes. Nous n'etions que3(1adulte et2enfants)pour1semaine,mais il est regrettable d'offrir aussi peu de confort,en terme d'hygiene,pour une location saisonniere,dans un premier temps aussi attractive.
