This is a 4* complex with a free-form pool and a shallow area for wading or sunbathing; the condo is semi secluded and has nice green tropical areas; it has a relaxing view of the course and the island; it's also just a few blocks away from a major supermarket (Soriana) for groceries, pharmacy or taking public bus, taxis or Pulmonia to other parts of Mazatlan (public transportation is inexpensive 6-9.50 pesos). Beach, Golden zone and restaurants are at 5 min by car.

This is a 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom unit on the 1st floor in a quiet corner of the pool area. It's size is about 1150 sq feet. No excessive loud screaming.

El Cid Residencial area is a private neighbourhood with controlled access and is simply the best and most peaceful place to live in Mazatlan. The clubhouse has a beauty salon, gym, tennis and basquetball courts (fee), restaurant, etc. You can also use the facilities at El Cid Main Resort. Golf car rental 150 Dlls per week (price may change) .A favorite snowbird destination where you can enjoy the sun, great weather, food and friendly people all year round at an affordable price!
