Book your trip to this seaside Martha's Vineyard retreat for a trip you'll never forget! With room for guests to enjoy the Har-Tru clay tennis courts, shared pool, and easy beach access, you may never want to leave.

Nestled on the beautiful grounds of the Island Inn on Martha's Vineyard, this second-floor suite in a walk-up building surrounds you with tranquility as well as possibilities for fun. Spend the day kayaking in the calm waters of Harthaven Bay or strolling along the postcard-perfect beaches. Enjoy a round at the Farm Neck Golf Course, then go shopping at one of the local boutique shops.

The bright and cheery decor will welcome you in after a long day on the beach while the shared washer/dryers do the laundry. Head down to the pool to catch up with a good book and to soak in the sun. Play a game of tennis on the community courts before going home to whip up a quick dish in the convenient kitchenette or enjoy a dinner out at Lola's Restaurant onsite. The kitchenette includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. Surf the cable channels or connect to the free WiFi to stream your favorite show on your personal device.

Other amenities include picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great for a Reunion!

We had a fantastic time at the Island Inn. It’s a beautiful property and was the perfect setting for each family to have their own room while being able to gather together for meals and games in one of the larger rooms. We had a small issue with the water heater and the staff addressed it quickly and thoroughly. Five stars!

A great choice

Good location with plenty of parking. Quick drive to Oak Bluffs and Edgartown. Pool, large yard, and tennis are all great. If you plan on using the kitchen make sure to bring seasonings. Only reason I’m rating 4 stars is because the beds were pretty bad. Very noisy from the slightest movement. We didn’t get much sleep because of it

Perfect VACASA getaway

Cozy comfortable island stay

We had a wonderful time staying at the island inn. We found it to be very family friendly. It had all the accommodations of home while being on vacation with a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean, the space was inviting and we would stay here again!

Very nice stay

This was a very nice stay. Location was perfect, close to everything but felt like a hidden gem. Room was pretty small but we (family of 4) didn't care since our plan was to enjoy the Island and the outdoors. The grounds were really nice; lots of land and grass for the kids to play, a cute little playground, firepits and chairs, tennis courts, cornhole and a great pool area...!! The only thing missing outside was bathrooms and a hot tub!! Only 3 stars given due to the mattress being pretty uncomfortable and no outdoor bathrooms. Otherwise, great stay.

Bad check-in policy

My check-in was at 4 pm. Because I had a dinner reservation at 5, I did not have time to check-in at 4. When I did try to check-in the office was closed and no one was there, only a number to call. Bad policy. Check in too late. Will never stay here again
