Coastal charm awaits in abundance at this lovely Martha's Vineyard condo! Located just half a mile from the glistening Atlantic Ocean, this island rental also includes a shared swimming pool, on-site Har-Tru clay tennis courts, plus modern conveniences like a TV and free WiFi.

Perched on the northeastern shores of the island, this cozy first-floor condo lets you experience the best of Martha's Vineyard in ease and comfort. Pack a picnic lunch and head out to Joseph Sylvia State Beach, where you'll find warm, white sand and a gentle surf that's perfect for swimming. You'll also be next door to the world-famous Farm Neck Golf Course, where 18 holes unfold across a landscape of meadows, marshlands, and stunning sea views.

When you're ready for a break, head back to this charming condo for some peace and quiet. Fix a quick meal in the fully equipped kitchen, including silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. Use the free WiFi to catch up with friends back home, or explore the beautiful grounds of the Island Inn. Three Har-Tru clay tennis courts and a shared pool ensure you'll never feel far from the action!

Other amenities include a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

THINGS TO KNOW
One of the sleeping spaces is a semi-enclosed sleeping space, separated from the living room by a half-wall. It is not a full bedroom.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
