Come chill with the scenes and sounds of the lake main channel MM 22 in Osage Beach off Hwy KK. Easy to find - just 2 roads from Hwy; close parking to condo. Plan to get stuck in a patio chair watching all the boats go by or listening to the sounds of the country with the mature trees that enclose this condo on the side. Sit and sip your coffee, unwind while overlooking the water OR walk to the pool which is only a few steps away!
Large 3 Bedroom Condo - with "more privacy" - no other units below or on one side! Kitchen well stocked, refrigerator, dishwasher, breakfast bar with 4 stools, coffeemaker, toaster, crock pot & blender.
Living room has a Flatscreen tv with cable.
Patio has a gas BBQ grill, table/4 chairs and extra chairs for 2. Laundry room with full-size washer/dryer.
Sleeps 8, right over the water; Master has a King with En-suite bathroom; 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed and twin bed with a Jack/Jill Bathroom and 3rd Bedroom has 2 Twin beds and shares the 2nd Bathroom. The living room also has a Queen size Sofa Sleeper.

Great price and location

Very clean place with great location. Owner was super quick to answer any questions we had. Plenty of parking. We did not use the pool that was located on the property. Beds were comfortable. Microwave seemed to not cook properly but maybe we had it on the wrong setting. Beautiful view of the lake, we did not utilize any of the docks below. Overall a great cozy place for a small group of friends to stay.

Steep stairs that go down to the condo. Nice and quiet pretty area but all down hill so if you have trouble with steps I would not rent this condo. Also it states there is a regular coffee maker there but there is not. There was a keurig which I did not bring coffee for. I brought regular folgers and filters. I had to go out and buy a coffee maker for our stay so we could have coffee. Also had to buy a non stick skillet to cook in as the only one that was non stick was a tiny one. The king size bed was pretty comfortable but the other beds were not comfortable at all so nobody slept good while we were there. The pull out sofa bed mattress was very thin and could feel the springs so had to just sleep on the couch itself. The condo itself is pretty and had lots of room for everybody but was pretty disappointed in the beds and the fact there was no coffee maker or decent skillets or pots to cook with. It is pretty and has a pretty view and owners communicated very well. There was deer right by the condo and even in the parking lot which was really nice to watch. Just a lot of stairs to climb to and from condo and even to go to the pool you had to walk across the parking lot and then down flights of stairs again. Pool is pretty. The area in front of it to sit is nice and there is a small playground beside the pool for kids. It is a nice place but needs to have updated mattresses and people need to know how downhill it is even when parking. Some people might not be able to get around on this property very well.

Relaxing vacation

We pulled in later in the afternoon. When we entered the rental we realized the group before us must have accidentally taken the keys with them. We texted the owners, they were aware of the issue and were already taking care of it. (We did have the key pad at the door and no problem locking or unlocking until the keys were made. ) The beds we comfortable and we all slept well. The next morning we realized the wifi wasn't working. Once again the owners were prompt on taking care of the issue. The technician said someone had tried to reset it. I'm not mentioning the problems as a complaint but as a compliment on how gracious the owners were and how promptly they responded. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The condo was as pictured. Served our needs. Not updated whatsoever which wasn’t an issue for us. However, child safety is not high on the list of priority’s. (Not that I expected plug covers and baby gates... ) glass tables with VERY sharp chipped corners, a floor to ceiling window with no screen in the “master bedroom “ and sliding doors that didn’t lock or even latch. Our double twin room was a painful experience due to the twin mattress being on a full size bed frame. This caused several family members to trip and injure their legs. The mattresses are HORRIBLE!!!!! My daughter and her boyfriend opted to sleep on the floor the 2nd night. The master bedroom bed is the only one remotely ok. My review is not slamming the condo in any way. I am simply leaving my review of the condo we rented #1001 it was clean, safe, and not too bad for the price.

Great place to stay

I thought this condo was a great place to stay. Very nice view of the lake. One thing i would recommend is to keep condiments and things in the fridge so all i have to do is shop for groceries. Many VRBOs ive stayed at had just about everything you needed. I felt if i would of left anything for the next people it probably would of got tossed so we took it with us. Other than that pool was nice and close, everyone was friendly and would stay again

Ozark Beauty

We had an outstanding time on our week's stay - condo was just as pictures depicted. The hosts answered all of our questions quickly and everything we needed was right there. It is right on the water and sunrises were gorgeous. The only thing that was no big thing is that our gps stated we were there about 2 blocks away from the actual location. We went by addresses on mailboxes and easily found it though. We all loved our time there.

Beautiful views

We enjoyed are stay. The condo was just as the pictures showed. Having my morning coffee on the screened in porch to watch the sunrise was the best way to start the day. My only not negative but comment other then how nice it was is that if you have someone in your party that can't do stairs this wouldn't be an option, I believe they're are 4-5 steep flights of stairs but once your there its beautiful.

Nice layout

The layout of the condo is well done. Separate master bedroom suite. Great views of the water/main channel. Pool is nice. The owner is local and responsive, which was great when we had a problem (locked ourselves out!!). Thank you Sheila. Location is pretty close to the Redhead restaurant.

Nice time with family

Overall, it was a really nice rental with a nice view. Not crazy about the additional fees with the rental, specifically the VRBO fee. The upstairs neighbors didn't seem to ha e to follow the same rules we did about smoking, noise (quiet hours), and throwing stuff off the balcony. Prior to them showing up it was nice and quiet/peaceful. I would definitely return, however hopefully for a longer duration so the fees are a lower percentage of the overall stay.

Beautiful lake view from screened in patio. That in itself was worth the trip!

My group of 10 adults had a wonderful stay. Not only is the location Lake front and right next to the pool, it is only 15 minutes to all the main restaurants and stores. The condo itself is on the bottom level so it's very convenient and also as close as you can get to the water of all the other condos in the complex. Everything was in working order and very clean. We also rented a pontoon boat for our group which I definitely recommend (not through the condo). I would definitely recommend this condo and it is likely we would book here in the future.
