Swimming pool and nice private fence around the yard. Close to downtown Bradenton and Manatee Riverwalk park. Very close to the shopping and dining.

Sweet little oasis!

The cleanliness of the home and outdoor space was emaculate. We loved the pool. However there are a couple things in the home that could be upgraded. The mattresses were old and need replaced. The pillows could use a refresh too. But the host provided everything needed and more. 6 miles to beach doesn't sound far but it could take 10 minutes or 30 minutes depending on when you head to the beach. Traffic can be backed up for miles. Other than that no complaints.

Clean Property and Central Location

The property was very clean and centrally located. It was smaller than we expected but was sufficient for the two of us. The heated pool was very nice for this time of year (April). I would recommend that the host provide fans since there was not any ceiling fans in the bedrooms. A lot of folks need a fan to sleep.

Loved the Pool

My husband and I were in town due to a death in the family with many tasks to take care of. Thank goodness we had a quiet, comfortable home to return to each evening. Relaxing in the sparkling pool was the perfect ending to the day.

The pool was the highlight of the property. I spent time with friends on Anna Maria Island and it was always great coming back at the end of the day to relax by the pool.

Our experience with this property was wonderful. The property is impeccably clean and was as described in listing. It’s very convenient to local shopping as well as an island which was the purpose of our stay. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful in all matters with the state and afterwards. Restful stay to getaway

I Took myself away for a two day birthday stay to be alone swim do morning yoga. It was extremely nice having a private pool all to myself. The beds weren’t as comfortable as I am us to but everything else I will give a 10.

Perfect weekend getaway

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway. The house is about 15 min from the beach, there are several stores and restaurants nearby. The house was extremely clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Pool is newer and very clean as well. I highly recommend this property; the only concern was we did not see a hot tub.

Yani and husband are amazing hosts. Very friendly, responded within 15min or less on any inquiry. Checked the pool every few days. Perfect service! Friendly and easy. The house is great, has all you need and more. Clean and nice! No doubts. Kitchen is well equipped, beach towels available. Also beach Chairs, Body Bord, etc. House is close to Cortez Rd, but completely silent at night. Garden has a closed fance and is absolutely private. We had a very good time!

Week long get a way

We were very impressed with the house and the neighborhood. Owners let us know when they were coming to maintenance the pool (chemicals) prior to their arrival. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect stay for family of 3!

We have stayed in the area before and were looking forward to bringing our 5 year old for her first trip to Florida. The house was perfect for the three of us! The pool was amazing to cool off in after a long day in the sun and the hosts even stopped by to maintain it every couple days. The location was great for us and felt very centralized to all the places we planned on visiting. Only about a 25 minute drive to AMI beaches which was easy with minimum traffic before 9am. Publix and Walmart close by for running errands and lots of restaurants within 20 minutes. The house was very clean and well stocked with supplies (we did purchase fans for the bedrooms) and we were very happy with it. Perfect week long getaway that we would recommend to anyone!

Our third visit!

We love everything about this property and our host! She is very communicative and they even find time to clean the pool during your extended stays. This location is a very close to Anna Maria Island, So we get the best of both worlds, a pool and the beach! Our favorite activities to do include going to the arcade right around the corner at bowlero and playing Pokemon go together as a family on our downtime. This year we decided to visit the aquarium in Tampa and visit St Petersburg for the Chihuly exhibit and downtown shops. We will be back for sure!
