Anniversary Trip
The condo was very nice & clean. The only thing I would say we weren’t 100% on was the bed & how it fit in the room. It was very big which we love but for the room size it isn’t exactly ideal. We weren’t able to close the bedroom door at all due to the bed being in the way. Even still it was a great condo.

Condo was perfect, great access to beach, patio over looking the ocean perfect, would definitely go back. My only negative is one elevator was always out of order our entire stay, sometimes you waited a good 5 minutes

Not what I expected
The pictures of the condo do it justice, however upon check in, we were greeted with a very strong moldy/mildew smell. It was so bad that we had to leave the AC running with all the fans on and exit the unit for some time before returning. Upon walking into the property as well, the entry way rug was damp and smelled of mold and mildew, a smell that got worse as you walked into the living room where the rug was also damp. The following day we got an unexpected visit from an insurance adjuster (without being notified by the property management company beforehand) who join entering told us she was there to inspect a large amount of water damage. As soon as I notified the property management company they sent out two maintenance individuals to remove the damp rugs out of the condo and the bottom of each rug had visible mold and mildew growing on it- which then explained the smell. The property would have been really nice if it had been properly cared for after such an incident. I will absolutely not be returning to stay at this condo or the property. For the 3 (out of planned 5 days) that we were there was only one functioning elevator and some residents told us they’d been waiting a while to get it fixed.. it just seems like they’re not customer centric therefore will not have my or my family’s visit again.

Perfect Location
I was in town for a conference that was overbooked and took a chance on this location. The unit was very comfortable, clean, and in the perfect location. Would definitely recommend for a couples getaway or a family with young children.

The location was great. There was a roach on the glass door when we arrived, and the jacuzzi tub didn't work. The staff were very nice when I called to let them know the dishwasher wouldn't start but we had it loaded and turned on per their instructions. We also had to call before checking in since we arrived 20 minutes early. They were polite but the text they sent me to let me know the unit was ready didn't go through. Nice kitchen & decor, but could use more light. We would stay in this unit again.

The Bathroom Almost Diaster
When we arrived at the condo, the bathroom was running. We had to call & wait for a repair man. This took up 3 hours of our time. It was the only bathroom in our unit. I do not understand why the cleaning staff didn’t get it taken care of before our arrival. The repairman said he would be back the following day which would be a Sunday. He never came back. We left on Saturday morning. I was really disappointed. I would wake up in the middle of the night with the commodes flushing itself!!!

The location of Tidewater and beaches are awesome. The condo was nice for just the two of us. I would recommend the furniture on the balcony be replaced. It is pretty rusty. Other than that everything was perfect.

Ocean front, awesome views.
Easy to rent, great price, very clean, very comfortable king sized bed, and great kitchen. Bathroom is very nice but tub is deep so might be a challenge for older or shorter people to step in and out of tub (we are in our 50s and did fine with it). Tidewater is a smaller condo complex with easy beach access. Very nice indoor and outdoor pool and workout area. Our only complaint was the couch was uncomfortable to sit on, probably need a new one or new stuffing in the cushions. Otherwise the condo was 5 stars in our opinion. Hope to be back soon and would absolutely rent this same unit again.

Hello, Pretty beach unit. New interior updates. Outside deck table should be replaced rusted , damaged leg table shifts around. We had to fix toliet when we arrived not flushing. But thanks to my husband and got it going. 😀 Great view, excellent follow ups by rental company. Thank you

Beautiful property
Excellent condo for a small family! Beautifully furnished! Perfect location! The outside furniture needs to be replaced as it is rusted very badly and the table is wonky. Other than that, we had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay! Will be back again!
