This home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. 3 bedrooms (all queen beds) have a sliding door with a private deck overlooking the lake. The master bedroom has a connecting bathroom as well as the lower level bedroom. The 4th bedroom has bunk beds and a full bed, There is a dock located 150 feet from the house with room for a boat and lift for a PWC. The cove is great for fishing off the dock. Located near a larger cove; perfect for wake boarding, waverunners, and kayaking. The home is close to many restaurants by boat such as, Tap and Grill, Boathouse, Docknockers, H. Toads, and a short boat ride to Coconuts. Just a 10 minute boat ride and you are at the Dam with its shopping and restaurants. Located by car; the home is 15 mins to the Outlet mall, also a grocery store for small items 5 mins away and a larger grocery store-10 mins away.

Beautiful home in a great area.

We had no problems with this rental. The dock is big and has lots of room to sit and lay out in the sun. The house has everything you need.

Perfect getaway

Perfect family vacation. This place was clean, comfy, well stocked. Just bring your swimsuit and bed clothes. Once we parked we didn't get back in our car till we left for home. We rented a pontoon and they delivered to our dock just steps away. Our first visit to the Oarks and we will definitely be back. Kayaking, swimming, caught a few fish...Communication with owner very responsive.

Family fun!

We had a great time and the house was perfect for our family. It is beautiful, clean, and a great location for lake, golf and enjoying the area. We spent lots of time hanging out at the dock swimming, fishing, and relaxing.

Perfect location and amazing dock!

This house is placed in perfect location and has a big enough dock that we could keep our boat with us all weekend. We will definitely be back!
