Beautiful and Spacious 1 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo on the 16th Floor! You will have an amazing view of the Beach and Breathtaking Sunsets! The Condo is Spacious and offers a King Bed, Twin Bunk Beds and a Queen Sleeper Sofa! The Condo has 2 bathrooms, with one of them having a "garden tub". The other bathroom has a full size tub. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal or two. There is a crock pot, regular size coffee maker and all other kitchen necessities!
We offer beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella that are kept in the Condo for our Guests to use at the beach!
The Condo is located with walking distance of shopping and great Restaurants!
The balcony is a good place to watch the sunrise/sunset!

Great Location and Stay

This condo was great in many ways! We enjoyed the location, value, and hospitality. I would’ve personally preferred a firmer bed and a smart TV in the bedroom. The navigation around the property was a challenge at first. None of this was major, though. I’d still recommend this condo.

Girls trip

Stayed here with my adult daughters and had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay here again. We love the resort, beach access and convenient location. To make a stay better, would have been nice if there was a cooler, beach bag and games in the unit. I did purchase a soft cooler and left it there for others to use. Living room furniture should be updated and paint in some of the rooms seems a little sloppy, but did not affect our stay.

Fall Fun

Our stay was great only complaints I have was not enough towels and wash clothes, I did have go buy some which is our choice. The cookware was very used and hard to cook with. Other than that it great location and everyone was comfortable! I’d would stay again for sure!

Perfect Getaway

What a great spot for my husband’s bday weekend. The condo was clean, comfy and had a spectacular view. Christine was spot on for ensuring everything we needed was taken care of and quick to answer all messages. We definitely would return to this location. Thanks for being a phenomenal host!!

Great Condo

Walking distance to a few places to eat....bars at the resort...3 pools of which 1 was beach side and 2 by the parking garage that was across the street!! Starbucks also connected which the wife loved. Christine is over this condo and she was amazing!!! Great communication the entire visit!!!

Outstanding all around

Property Manager was amazing. Met us there, gave us a quick introduction, recommended a few good restaurants which we enjoyed thoroughly. We were there celebrating our anniversary and everything turned out perfect. Beautiful view, great place to stay, would recommend it to anyone.

Clean, comfortable, and a gorgeous view!

This property is exactly as described. The king bed was very comfortable, and I love that there were 2 full couches in the living room. Everything was in great condition. The absolute best thing was the view! We saw stingrays, sharks, and lots of pelicans flying by.

Another excellent stay

This was my second time staying at this particular location and once again it did not disappoint! Everything was exactly like it said, the place was extremely clean and all the amenities were just as they were described. Christine, the property manager, is amazing! My trip was planned for the week the attic weather moved into Alabama where we don’t get snow or ice. With the threat of roads being closed, I messaged Christine to see if I could come down that day instead of waiting until the following day when I would be snowed in. She went above and beyond to make it happen. She was quick to respond to any questions if I had any. Working with Christine alone would make me book again. The Runaway Island Restaurant next door had weekday lunch specials for $12 and the food was delicious. There is a donut place right by the property as well. The main parking deck is under construction so parking is a little further back than normal but I was able to pull right up to the building to load and unload. There is a 24 hour shuttle that runs from the condos to the parking deck. I ended up walking the majority of the time just for a little exercise. Overall, this is a great place to come and stay if you are looking for a getaway with a family, friends, or even a solo traveler like me!

We really enjoyed our stay. Christine, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful. The place was clean and spacious. No complaints here! Oh yeah! Wait until you get to the end of the hallway upon your initial entrance!

Everything was a twelve out of ten, perfect! Would recommend highly to anyone looking for an amazing vacation :3 Christine was lovely, and the condo was spacious, well decorated, and immaculately cleaned. It also had everything we needed in the kitchen, for the beach, plus two smart tvs, streaming services, Wi-Fi, anything you could want. Plus from the fifth floor we had the best view of the beach. I could not have asked for a better time, thank you again Christine, Jennifer, and Andrew! We will see you in March for my birthday 💜

Outstanding Condo, Host, and Location!!!

The condo had everything that you would need to for a nice day at the beach (cooler, chairs, kids beach toys, etc). There are several really good restaurants within walking distance and a Starbucks for morning coffee. I highly recommend the market/steamer across the street for fresh seafood, which I would bring back for a private seafood dinner on the balcony. Christine went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and getting into the condo went seamlessly. The beds were comfortable and the living area was spacious. I will definitely stay there again.

Love the view!

Best feature is the view from the sixteenth floor balcony. Clean, spacious and you can walk to wonderful seafood restaurant next door plus many other restaurants a short drive away. Starbucks via Skybridge if you enjoy their coffee. Pool and beach access a little trek away so suggest a cart if you have a lot of beach gear. One caveat is coolers aren’t allowed at the pool. There’s a bar hut there for alcoholic drinks but we chose to bring our tall mugs like everyone else. Condo has a nice spacious kitchen. My husband and I both agreed that the King bed is really uncomfortable and creaks at the slightest move. Using the TV remotes can be a challenge. the back cover is missing and the batteries are taped to hold them in place but the tape doesn’t adequately do its job and you must depress the battery while trying to change the channel. We had a hard time trying to find the volume control which is controlled by the other remote but you’d think the volume button would be on the front but nope it’s on the side. Might stay here again if the soft mattress were replaced.

Birthday Getaway!

We came here for my daughters 5th Birthday wish! Everything was so easy, to check in, the bands used, and recommendations from the owner. A big surprise was the large soaking tubs in each bathroom that everyone in the family gave a whirl. The space was so accommodating, it had every linen needed, including beach towels! My daughter loved looking for shells with the provided toys. We loved this space and will definitely recommending it to others!

Great little beach trip

The property was accurately described. The view from the 16th floor is amazing. The overall cleanliness was good. Having beach toys,chairs,and a cooler already there for you to enjoy was really nice. Also, Christine is very attentative and adds a personal touch to your stay

Five Stars Across the Board

We enjoyed our stay at this property and planning to return soon. Our stay was amazing, from the clear, consistent, welcoming, and helpful communication to the property's location. This property location is central to everything you want to be close to, such as shops (pier park), restaurants, and the beach. We used the beach equipment, snacked at the snack bar and Starbucks, and shopped in the gift shop. We can't wait to return!
