The Palms 911 is a three bedroom, three bath, east corner unit which offers spectacular panoramic views of the Gulf and Cotton Bayou filled with aqua waters and sugary white sands. It is located on the 9th floor with a wraparound balcony and has recently been professionally decorated. The Palms is a low-density complex, situated in the heart of Orange Beach and is convenient to some of the best restaurants, shopping, and nightlife on the island. The Wharf and newly constructed OWA amusement park are literally minutes away.
The Palms offers every amenity discerning guests expect, including large private gulf front balconies, some covered parking, four elevators, trash disposal on every floor, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts, beach chair service, barbecue pits, and 24-hour guard service.

Perfect beach vacation
Great family getaway, enjoyed the balcony view every morning and evening after a day on the beach and then pool. Grand kids always asked every morning if we were going to the big pool (ocean) or the small pool first. The condo was so well laid out with the main living areas including kitchen large and open with a beautiful view. Easy access to the elevator to get out to the beach. The balcony was where most of our inside time was spent. Always knew the the 3 and 4 year olds were safe to go in and outside with us watchIng from the kitchen. Everything was perfect.. we will be back.

We absolutely loved this unit and it’s location! The owner was amazing and so helpful. He answered any and all questions we had! The condo was beautiful and so clean! The view was amazing! We were able to see the dolphins several times. Our kids loved it! The beach wasn’t over crowded or busy! The beach chair rental guy was super friendly and made it easy! The check in and out was a breeze! The elevators worked great! I loved the smaller building and not having an overly busy area! This was one of our most relaxing and easy vacations and my whole family loved it. The beach was so beautiful! The condo was beautifully decorated, so comfortable, and had everything we needed! We were right by lots of great restaurants! The owner was wonderful and I just can’t say enough about how great he was and how great this condo was! We will definitely want to come back and stay here again!! Thank you for a wonderful week for our family!

4th of July Family Beach Trip 2024
We loved everything about this condo!! There was plenty of room for everyone inside and the balcony was massive. Several of us enjoyed the fireworks down on the beach, while the older folks enjoyed them from our balcony. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!! Jarrod was very professional and easy to deal with. We had zero issues during our stay!!

This was a great place and location. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked out perfectly. Loved sitting out on the spacious deck every morning having coffee and watching for the dolphins. The grandkids loved it!! Thank you and we will be back!!

Lovely Condo and experience!
Condo is very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Loved having 3 full bathrooms. The balcony was delightful for relaxing, meals, and board games. We truly loved our stay. Condo building management were great! They cleaned, patrolled, and kept everything nice. The condo owner, Jarrod, is a great communicator and provided a lovely vacation home experience. We will be back.

Great week's stay. Incredible property, great beach decor theme, very clean. Property is in a great beachfront location where you can easily walk along the beach and grab lunch at CoastAL. Host is very responsive, property management of the Palms is great at keeping the lobby and restrooms clean. Would highly recommend.

We could not have asked for a better condo and host for our annual trip to Orange Beach. The codo is just is just as listed on line. This 3 bed / 3 bath condo is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything... I mean everything, including a large boiling pot and a roaster for cooking a turkey. The beds are very comfortable and two of the bedrooms have in-suite bathrooms. All three bedrooms have access to the balcony...another great feature. Jarrod is a great host and is very prompt and helpful answering emails in almost real time. This is our 2nd stay at this condo and will surely not be the last.

Beautiful view of the ocean from the spacious balcony
Loved that there were 3 full bathrooms so when we returned from beach there were no waits for a chance to shower! It’s airy and bright. Only issue was there was some difficulty being able to charge our vehicle, they would not allow us to use the outlet to get enough of a charge to get to a charging station. Not huge but if that is something you would need they were NOT ACCOMMODATING AT ALL! Also lot of loose tiles in hallway and balcony that I think every single one of us tripped over at least once!

Condo was very nice, beach was great, location on the main drive was too busy for my liking. Required vehicle to go anywhere due to high rate of speed on road way, restaurants, grocery, entertainment all within walking distance but unsafe to walk. Overall the condo was fantastic and beach was great!!

Wonderful condo with great views and location. A great home away from home!
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the activity on the beach including parasailing, dolphins and pelicans. Even saw the Blue Angels as they flew by on a practice run! The keyless entry was great and we did not have any issues that we needed to contact the owner for. In the process of booking this condo the owner was very responsive and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Also we were impressed by the cleanliness of the entire building and grounds!

Ever since the first time I walked on a beach I've always dreamt of owning a beach condo one day. As an adult, I saved for many years and after plenty of searching I was finally able to purchase this specific unit which I just fell in love with. After 6 years of replacing, enhancements and renovation, I finally have it just the way I've always wanted. My family, friends and I have had many enjoyable memories here and I hope yours will as well!!
