This cozy 2-bedroom cottage is in Convalle. It is ideal for small groups of friends or a family and can accommodate 6 guests. It has a fenced garden to enjoy meals and a private terrace to enjoy a platter of barbecue with a glass of wine.

The restaurants are 500 m from the cottage if you would like to dine out. You can stock up the essentials from the local grocery store only 2 km away. Enjoy the nightlife in Convalle, the pubs are 15 km from the cottage.

In the large kitchen, you can prepare meals of choice. A living room with a double sofa bed and fireplace are in place for you to enjoy some valuable time together. This cottage offers childrens bed and high chair on request for the little ones. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed on the property.

The nearest airport is only 40 km from the stay.

You can check-in to the home between 3-6 PM and the check-out can be done between 9-10 AM.

Please note that the road leading to the holiday home is currently decommissioned and is taking time to be rehabilitated. To reach holiday home, the only possibility is through the locality and the public car park facility which is just 200 m away from the house.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Wir (4köpfige Familie) hatten einen wirklich erholsamen Urlaub in Convalle. Das Haus war rustikal, hatte aber alles was das Herz begehrt. Unser Kinder (9 und 7 Jahre) haben sich dort direkt wohl gefühlt. Die kühlen Abende haben wir uns mit dem Kamin gemütlich gemacht. Das Haus liegt in einem wirklich kleinen Dorf mitten in der Toskana. Noch mehr Toskana geht nicht. Der Vermieter hat uns direkt sehr nett empfangen. Dank Google Translate konnten wir uns auch relativ gut verständigen, da er nur italienisch spricht. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa , Verdaggio gemacht. War alles gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir können diese tolle Unterkunft wirklich nur weiterempfehlen 😊

Sehr geräumiges Steinhaus mit schönem Blick ins Tal. Für die kühlen Abende im Oktober steht ein Kamin zur Verfügung der Gemütlichkeit verschafft. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Het huis in Convalle is een authentiek Italiaans huis in een bijna Middeleeuws aandoend dorpje. De accommodatie zelf is eenvoudig en de inrichting wat gedateerd, maar van alle gemakken voorzien (o.a. vaatwasser, wasmachine). Je proeft hier de échte Italiaanse sfeer. Zeer vriendelijke Italiaanse eigenaren, die overigens maar heel beperkt Engels spreken. Maar met Google translate en handen & voeten kom je een heel eind. Het huis heeft een prachtig uitzicht over de bergen en de omgeving met de prachtige natuur ademt rust uit. Nadeel is, dat er verder geen voorzieningen bij het huis zelf zijn (bijv. geen zwembad, geen grasveldje voor de kinderen om een balletje te trappen) en het dorpje vrij afgelegen ligt. Dus voor letterlijk álles heb je de auto nodig. Rijtijden: een supermarkt (15 min.), een prachtig zwembad (in Bagni di Lucca, 30 min.), het strand (een uurtje) en de dichtstbijzijnde plaats Lucca (25 min.). Dat verklaart ook de zeer prettige prijsstelling voor dit huis. We wisselden zwembad, stand en stedentripjes met elkaar af, met soms een luie dag in Convalle zelf. Ondanks het nadeel van de afstanden, hebben we (gezin met 3 tieners van 12-14-16) een heel fijne vakantie gehad.

Wij hadden per email aangegeven dat wij de aankomsttijd van18 uur niet gingen redden. Dit was geen enkel probleem, we konden zo laat komen als we wilde. Bij aankomst stond de eigenaar ons bij de parkeerplaats op te wachten. De eigenaar spreekt alleen Italiaans, maar de communicatie via de email ging goed. De accommodatie was schoon en compleet, zelfs een wasmachine was aanwezig. De ligging en het uitzicht was fantastisch.
