About this property

Beautiful! Remodeled! Wonderful for Couples or Snowbirds on Vacation!

This Beautiful property is our Home away from Home in Vancouver. We will be able to spend more time here in a few years. In the meantime, we would love to share our home with couples who are on vacation with other couples, or just on their own to enjoy the beautiful Valley weather!
We want the home to stay in the same fabulous condition as it was the day we bought it. For this reason, we will not be able to accommodate young children. We love young kids! We just know that they aren't always able to keep from making messes!

Here is the sleeping arrangement:
Master: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Full bunkbed with Twin trundle

Our home is totally remodeled and vacation ready! Light, bright and airy floor plan. The three panel arcadia door opens to an over-sized private backyard with a covered patio, desert landscaping, and a fire pit. (We are considering adding a hot tub/spa. Please let us know if that is something that would make you more likely to make a reservation.)

The home has a open concept layout that we love. The kitchen, dining and living rooms flow together with the abundance of windows and natural light. The north/south exposure of the home allows lots of sun in the backyard and without the heat of the sun coming in the windows of the house! The backyard is situated higher than homes around it which give you complete privacy to set on the large patio and enjoy the weather and the amazing Arizona sunsets!
We love the Split floor plan! It provides two couples with privacy at opposite ends of the house.
The new carpet and 3-tone paint match the new granite counter-tops throughout. The kitchen has tons of cabinets, new stainless steel appliances and a large granite island.
The master suite features a King Bed, large picture windows and a beautiful ceiling fan. The master suite features a spa like bathroom with an amazing walk in shower and huge master closet. This split floor plan features 2 more lovely bedrooms with a wonderful private bath. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has a full size bunk bed with a twin trundle.

Guests agree to be discrete, considerate and respectful of our house and neighbors at all times.

Bright Open Floorplan in Great Location

The home was very clean and just as described in the listing. We loved the bright open floor plan and the south-eastern exposure for the patio. Gold Canyon was a great location - quiet neighborhood, no traffic issues, grocery store and Walgreens right there. Also, great golf courses and hiking trails are within minutes of the house.

Gold Canyon for Thanksgiving

This home would have been okay for one couple, as the master bedroom is very nice. However the two additional bedrooms are lacking, specifically the beds are(childlike) and rooms lack a chair to sit and put on your clothes. Biggest complaint was the TV service had been shut off and would be 5-7 days to turn back on, there was no attempt to compensate for this serious oversight. One of our party is disabled and could not enjoy the hiking ,biking etc. The TV is a very important companion to this disabled person. We tried to reach out to owners and they went silent. I would hope the owners would think about their neglect.

Great place to stay

We had relatives in Gold canyon townhomes nearby to visit and they did not have room for us there so this was perfect location and lots to do in the area. We did have trouble figuring out the TV and the heating cooling system. We were a group of two married couples used to king size beds so having a second king in the other guest room rather than queen would have been even more perfect and there is room for it since not much other furniture in the room . We would rent this again .

Great place for golf weekend in Gold Canyon

This house was perfect for a golf weekend in Gold Canyon. The house was very clean, rooms, bathrooms, kitchen were all perfect. Close to Mesa Airport too if you want to save a drive from Phx Sky Harbor. And only a couple minutes from the course!!!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

We had a great time with this property. It was perfect for our needs. Clean, quiet, and spacious. The Owner Tim was responsive when I had a simple issue. So was the management company, but the Owner beat them to the punch on the issue. and it wasn't a big issue, I simply could not find the email with the access information. I would consider this property again in the future should my travels and needs so require.

Beautiful, very clean home!

A couple of coworkers and I stayed here in January 2018. The home was immaculately clean and the furniture and appliances were in great condition. All three rooms were very comfortable; one room has bunk beds for extra people. Beautiful layout to the property and backyard. Highly recommended.

We are devoted to our extended family, enjoy travelling and love everything Mexican. Although we are not particularly good at it, we enjoy playing golf and pickle-ball! We love the Arizona sunshine, warm temperatures and blue skies. The star gazing is an amazing bonus.
