FREE USE of 3 Kayaks/3 bikes/6 fishing poles, 2 Arcades with 12,000+ games, Pool table, Shuffleboard table, Yard-size Connect 4, Caribbean Hook game, Beach towels/chairs/cooler/ice packs/boogie boards/beach paddle game, Wine bar, Darts, Stereo, air purifiers, sound wave alarm clocks, popcorn Machine with FREE POPCORN, FREE candy in candy machine, FREE mangos and starfruit off trees (when in season), free coffee, KERRIG machine, Bean-bag toss and variety of board games. Very desirable EAST location – 1000 ft away from Riverland Preserve, 7mi to airport 5mi to beaches, 3mi to Las Olas/Downtown, 1.1 m to Restaurants/Bars/shopping. 1.3 mi to Elizabeth Hayes Civic Park with playground equipment, 1.5 mi from Park Pool or just walk around all of the canals taking pictures of the $10MIL+ yachts. If you feel adventuresome and have some water socks - feel free to use my kayaks in my canal behind my home or ask for fishing poles. 6 houses from New River into inter coastal.
Local boat launch and boat rental close. Coupon books available while they last. Anything I can do/provide let me know - I will do my best to make sure your visit is truly unforgettable!
