The property is a non-smoking and no-animal unit. The complex is quiet, and strictly enforced that no loud noises, no partying, or loud music allowed property building. The maximum allowed number of guests in the property is 6. You cannot bring other guests to hang out on the patio, balcony, or in the unit. No barbecuing is allowed. The owners of the building live on the property. If any of these policies are violated the traveler will lose their security deposit. This is a great place for families to relax and enjoy the beach. So make sure you are okay with these house rules before booking. Please check the listing for the description of all the amenities.
There is no a/c, but it is not usually needed due to the breeze coming off of the ocean. There are also plenty of floor fans and/or ceiling fans in the unit.
This condo is located on the quiet Southwest Corner of the See the Sea Condominium Complex in Pacific Beach. The condo is one block away from restaurants and shopping. The condo overlooks the beach, the Crystal Pier, and the boardwalk. Great ocean and beach views from the Living Room, Dining Room, Master Bedroom, and Kitchen. One large private balcony off the Living Room to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. The condo is centrally located near San Diego County's most popular attractions including Sea World, World Famous, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Seaport Village, La Jolla, Downtown San Diego's Gas Lamp Quarter, Coronado, Del Mar, and much more.
Amenities: This is a secured building that includes a private parking spot in the garage. There is a Pack n Play available, a High Chair, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV Beach Chairs, Boogie Boards, Beach umbrellas, Beach Towels, Hair Dryers, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. We also have discounts to rent water sports equipment such as Paddle Boards, Jet Skis, sailboats, and even Jet packs.

Please check the Rates and Availability section for open dates and specific rates. There are 4 to 7-night minimums for reservations, which are based on the time of the year. During some holidays there are 3-day minimums, and if we have a gap in between bookings we will have 1 to 3-night bookings. During the months of June, July, and August some dates are only available on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. To book Christmas Day, you must also book Christmas Eve, to book Thanksgiving Day, you must book Thanksgiving Eve, to book New Year's Eve, you must book New Year's Day and the other way around for all those holidays.
Cancellation: There are no refunds of the rent, taxes, and cleaning fee for cancellations or changes to the reservation dates that are 30 days or less prior to arrival, and only the security deposit will be refunded. If the rent, taxes, and cleaning fees are not paid 30 days before arrival, you will lose 100% of your security deposit and the reservation. Notice of cancellation or changes to the reservation dates must be in writing via mail or email.
Please Note: No pets and no smoking are allowed anywhere on the property or complex. This condo is located in a high-density complex and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.
