Family vacation
This house was conveniently located next to family. Kids enjoyed the pool, house was set up with items to cook. We enjoyed out time at the house for our vacation it was perfect for our needs

Perfect stay for our two day layover in Phoenix
Real close to everything you would need. Patio/pool area was perfect in mornings and evenings. Pet friendly and great neighborhood for morning and evening walks. Host was easy to communicate with.

Very relaxing
The home was very accommodating to all of our needs. It was very clean and neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Pool was awesome, just a great place to get away and relax.

Nice ranch with pool.. but needs some upgrades.
Pros.. Nice older small clean ranch. Kitchen fully equipped. Pool is heated but with morning lows down to 40 degrees took all day to heat up for swimming (mother natures fault not owners). Neighborhood is working class.. but no real problems. Good communication with property manager. Cons.. Furniture is living room really needs replaced. Chairs okay (for a while) but couch just sucks. I sunk to bottom of cushions (and I only weigh 150 lbs). Also Garage is very “short”. I had rented a Nissan Altima and it only fit by 2inches inside the garage.

Needs an update badly
Positives: -pool temperature was good -clean garage Opportunities: - the furniture is very dated. The sofa was awful. My back hurt every time I sat on it. I could feel each spring. Invest into a new sectional. - there was an odor in the house - holes in the walls in the house -paint peeling in the exterior -landscaping in the back was not good -bed was uncomfortable -the toilets would shake every time you use it. Seal around the toilets were peeling. Not a good look. This is not the quality of house we expect from VRBO. Standards have to be maintained. I would not recommend this place. to anyone.

Amazing stay
This has been one of our favorite homes to stay in. Tastefully decorated, comfortable, and well stocked. The pool is perfection. We had a blast and hope to stay again.

Rented this house for a Phoenix staycation. It was very nice and has a pretty decent pool for the price. The rooms were clean but the master bed was a little too hard for my taste. The bathrooms were clean and included shampoo, bodywash, and conditioner. The kitchen was stocked with needed items but the blender and some cooking utensils needs a serious upgrade. The living space was a little small but comfortable. Would love to see some additional seating options. The backyard was very nice. Pool, grass space, and seating area- prefect for fur friends. The previous tenants did not clean up after their dogs but we took care if it. Definitely a gem for phoenix with the price. Thanks for the great stay!

Spring Break
Perfect set-up for a short Spring Break get away. Chose the location for the pool and backyard, which was the highlight of stay. Very private, warm water and sun all day long. House and beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were clean and bright.

Lovely home. Very clean.
The home itself is lovely. Three large bedrooms. Oh and the pool was fantastic. Perfect temperature for this time of year to swim in. We weren’t there very much as we were in town for my sons wedding. The living area wasn’t as large as I would have liked and had we had more adults with us, I think it would have been too cramped. But there were only three of us so it was perfect for us. I’d definitely stay here again. Thank you Sasha for the use of your wonderful home.

We rented for the "heated pool". It was freezing. I requested one day rental refund as it was not fixed until day before check out. No answer yet. The asked us to leave instead.

Convenient location
We stayed as a stop over between Flagstaff and Tucson. Was close to conveniences. Pool was great to relax in and there were plenty of accessories in the kitchen.

Not the best for the price
Owner was not commutative, listing says landscape is every other Thursday but they showed up on a Saturday? When we having a bbq in the backyard. Went ahead and messaged the host and never heard from him. Place had a lot of bugs and not because we left the doors open. They were already inside in the rooms and in one of the beds. Place is a little small for the price you pay but the pool is actully nice pretty deep. Garage is pretty small too my car barely fits and it’s a jetta. It was an alright stay but I’ve had way better service for a way better price so won’t be booking again

This house was amazing and perfect for us 3 moms getaway. We relaxed by the pool and enjoyed the pool all day, everyday. Perfect set up! Communication with the owner was superb! Responded instantly via text! We will be renting this property again in the future!

Quiet neighborhood
We rented this property for a two week vacation with friends and had a lovely time. This cute 3 bedroom house has everything you will need. The kitchen is very functional and the heated pool is great! Our dog appreciated the grassy back yard. This house is a good value for the money.

Where this property is located, I couldn't believe I how quite and at home i felt. It was cozy.
There are many options to choose from when it comes to eating. The neighbors kept to themselves. Having a heated pool this time of the year came in handy. Appliances are new. I felt home. My daughters wanted to stay and not go home.

Why they chose this property

When purchased, the property was in need of a lot of updating and repairs but Sacha was able to look through all the work of that and created almost a brand new house. The main focus of this remodel was to create an entertainer's dream around the kitchen. Also, the backyard is so private, it's like having your own resort just for you!
