Misiones Del Cabo Beach Resort is nestled in the rocky cliffs overlooking the Sea of Cortez just 3 miles outside downtown Cabo San Lucas at the eastern end of Cabo San Lucas Bay. Sitting on this point gives Misiones a unique location with a swimming/snorkeling cove on one side and the best surfing beach in town on the other side.

This newly renovated condo has the perfect mix of a luxury kitchen and old world Mexican charm.

The kitchen is well appointed with everything you will need to make your stay memorable including brand new stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher and filtered water at the sink and the icemaker in the fridge.

The oversized bedroom with a brand new king-sized bed has plenty of room to unpack and make yourself at home.

You can watch the sun rise over the ocean while laying in bed, or relax and catch up on a little TV watching with the Smart tv or your Firestick.



The patio is huge, (one of the largest) with an amazing view of lush landscaping, coast and ocean views. Have a leisurely breakfast at the patio table, enjoy early morning sun lounging on the patio before heading to the pool or the beach. Beach chairs, towels, cooler and umbrella are provided.

Then jump in the oversized shower before heading into town for lunch or a little shopping.



Between the ceiling fans in each room and the breeze you’ll have with the screen door, you won’t have much need for the brand new air conditioning mini-splits in the living room and bedroom.



Want to relax and watch a movie after dinner on the patio? Enjoy the 55” 4K smart tv with Netflix if you have an account, or bring your own fire stick to plug into the tv.


The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drinks, starting with breakfast. Twice a week there is a buffet, Wednesday is Mexican night, complete with a very good guitarist. Friday night is seafood. The price for either night is about 10 USD.



Right before you arrive at Misiones there is an upscale grocery store called Fresko with a great selection of imported and specialty foods, fresh bakery, coffee drinks, along with a great variety of wines and liquor. They even have English speaking helpers there.

There is an on-site convenience store, which has fresh fruits and vegetables, wine, beer and spirits.

The Michelin 5 star restaurant “Sunset Mona Lisa" is also just steps away as is Sunset Wine & Jazz Bar upstairs that both have amazing views. And the acclaimed Manta restaurant at The Cape Hotel right across the driveway.
