Beautiful, spacious, and comfortable condo with easy access to Bartlett, North Conway, and Jackson activities. 4 bedroom, 3 full baths over four levels and sleeps 8 people. Enjoy views of Mount Washington! Best spot to enjoy a white mountain vacation!

Comfortable with new mattresses, bedding, towels, stainless cookware, TVs, and more!

5 minute drive to Attitash Mountain Resort and all North Conway has to offer. Enjoy hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, shopping, skating, and incredible views!

This is our family vacation home and we enjoy sharing it with other families and respectful guests. We have had numerous repeat guests, who enjoy our home and return for another vacation.

Separate levels and many baths make it easy to share the space with multiple families or an extended family. Each floor has one bedroom, providing plenty of privacy. We recently renovated our master bathroom and 1st floor bathroom!

Lower level: bedroom with two twin beds, full bathroom, family room with 55" 4k Roku TV, DVD and game collection, sliding door to outside
1st floor: queen bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, open dining room and living room, deck with views of Mt. Washington
2nd floor: master king bedroom with attached full renovated bathroom and walk-in closet
3rd floor: bedroom with 1 queen/1 twin beds

Eclipse weekend: We have new availability for the April 9 eclipse, including weekend before. 3 night minimum. Enjoy 98% eclipse at our home or plan an hour drive to see total eclipse! Tons of activities nearby to celebrate this once in a lifetime experience. Not to be missed.

The condo features over 100 DVDs, new 4k Roku TVs, along with puzzles and games for entertainment. The condo is located in the desirable Attitash Woods complex.

Note that there is a Ring doorbell at the front door for added security when the condo is not occupied. We don’t pay much attention to it when we have guests, so the best way to reach us is via phone or messaging.

Weekend in the mountains

We loved this rental. The views were amazing. It was somewhat dated but that gave it a certain cozy charm. Beds were comfy and there was ample sleeping. Had everything we needed. Only downside was the basement smelled a little musky, but we didn’t need that living room space and could just avoid it for the most part. Overall it was a great spot for 2 families with young kids to stay and annoy Storyland which was under 10 minutes away.

wonderful stay

The condo is in a perfect spot as we were skiing at Attitash and Wildcat. The drive to Attitash was about 5 minutes. The condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean and well appointed. The owners were also very attentive and couldn't have made it any better. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Fall Girls Weekend Away

This is the 3rd time we stayed at the condo. Very, very, clean. Close to activities. Space is great for a large group. Owner is great to deal with. Highly recommend this location & will probably rebook for next year.

Family Vacation

2023 Summer Girls Weekend Away

This was our second stay at the condo. Super clean & well stocked. Had everything we needed. Lots of room to spread out. Close to all our activities. The owner is awesome to deal with. Keeps you informed on check in procedures, well documented instructions, very quick to reply. We have already rebooked for a fall trip.

Really Nice Place

We loved the property; it was in great shape, very comfortable, really well laid out for our group. Very close to Attitash. Owner was very helpful in answering questions about the property and the local attractions. (PS: we got 10" of snow one night; we don't have 4WD, but had no problem getting out and back into the parking).

Excellent Space and Host!

This was our first trip in a long time, and of course I was a bit nervous. Karen, our host, walked me through the entire process and was so helpful from the time we reached out to rent all the way up until after check out. We would definitely come back again. Clean and well organized property, GORGEOUS views, and quiet serenity. Air conditioning was a plus - and there was plenty of space for us (a family of five) to spread out and do our own things. Kids loved the loft bedroom! Highly recommended.

Girls Weekend Away

The condo was great. It was super, super clean. Kitchen had all supplies we needed, well stocked with everything. Owner sent us a list of where everything was located in the kitchen which we found very helpful. Lots of space for people, bedrooms were big, bathrooms all very nice. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking coffee & viewing the mountains right in front of us. It will be breathtaking in the fall when the leaves change. Location was good.. close to everything. Owner was great to work with. Quickly answered questions, sent us a list of restaurants and activities. Would definitely rent this condo again. Thanks for a great stay

Great place!

This place was wonderful! Kids had their own area to hang out and the adults had thier own area. Bed rooms were spaced out so everyone had thier privacy. Clean and updated bathrooms. Beds were so comfy! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! Perfect location as well. Thank you for a great trip!

Wonderful Weekend!

The property was perfect for our weekend getaway. Plenty of room for all. Clean and comfortable.. Close to Conway and only a short drive to Canon Mtn and Mt Washington. Karen and Rich were prompt in answering questions and providing information. Would stay again if in the area.

Clean place in good location

This place was great. It was clean and comfortable with way more room than our two families needed. It was close to all the attractions, but it was far enough away to be quiet. It was also dark enough to see the stars, which was a bonus!

Perfect Spot

Great distance from North Conway, easy communication with owner and super clean. Everyone thought the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and there’s lots of games and movies (someone is very meticulous with there DVD collection). We were a book club that started during COVID and this was our 1st time meeting together face to face. We enjoyed movie night in the basement and cooking dinner together upstairs. NOTE: there are 4 floors to the condo so everyone basically had their own floor with their roommate, we had our own spaces and also community spaces, it was perfect.

Perfect for multi-family trip

We shared this condo with another family for a weekend at Storyland. There was plenty of space, it was well stocked, clean, comfortable, had nice linens and towels, and only 8 minutes from Storyland. Also close to several take-out options, a small grocery store, and two liquor stores. Karen was very proactive with communication, including suggestions for activities in the area. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay

My family and I stayed here for a week, and were very pleased with both the condo and the location. The owners were great, and stayed in touch throughout our stay. The property was exactly as advertised, and there was plenty of space, and we were able to find anything we needed. The kitchen area was well equipped, and even though we didn't cook much while we were there, everything we needed was easy to find. In addition, the location was great, with short drives to hiking and restaurants. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely do so again!

We love the White Mountains and spent years visiting and vacationing here before we purchased this townhouse. We are avid skiers and also enjoy hiking and camping in the area. We rented at three other condo complexes for the winter season before selecting this one when we purchased our vacation home, so we know what is available in the area.

Why they chose this property

Spacious and comfortably fits 2 families. Excellent location that enables you to get to Attitash Mountain resort and Storyland quickly and also lets you get to North Conway, while avoiding the traditional traffic.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the view and never tire of sitting at the dining room table or deck and looking at the mountains and Mount Washington.
