The house has a surface of 110m2 on one level on 450 m2 of land completely fenced, with a closed garage.

It consists of a large living / dining room with fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher ...), 4 pleasant bedrooms with wardrobes, 2 with double beds and 2 with single beds, 2 bathrooms. bath (one with bath and one with shower) and 2 independent toilets.

This family home is fully restored and furnished new.

A laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
Linen (sheets and towels) are not provided. They can be provided against payment in addition.

Terrace with outdoor table and chairs, as well as sunbathing.

Seyne sur met

Super séjour, maison tres agréable, spacieuse tres propre et bien équipée et aménagée. Le quartier est calme et en bord de mer.Très bon accueil, les propriétaires sont tres sympathiques et à l ecoute. Je recommande cette location.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit gepflegtem Außengelände. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Dadurch, dass man das Gelände komplett schließen kann, hatten wir keine Sorge, unser Kleinkind im Garten laufen zu lassen…

Un superbe séjour

Nous sommes très satisfaits de cette location; propre; facile d'accès ; bien située; et nous ayant permis d'avoir nos compagnons à 4 pattes. Bien que n'ayant pu rencontrer Solange et Patrick; nos échanges par messages étaient rapides et cordiaux. Maison très agréable

Une maison très agréable pour découvrir la rade de Toulon et ses environs. Nous y avons passés une semaine très reposante. Les 2 ailes de la maison permettent d'avoir un coin adulte et un coin enfant, c'est appréciable.

très bon séjour

les hôtes ont été très accueillants et agréables. la proximité de la petite plage était plaisante. nous avons bien profité de la plage des sablettes tout proche et les villes à côté de la Seine sont très interessantes. La maison est très bien équipée et correspondait bien à notre famille avec deux espaces de nuits différents équipés chacun d'une salle de bain. le seul regret: nous aurions aimé que pour le prix le ménage soit compris.

Bon séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans une villa bien adaptée à deux familles avec enfants et bien clôturée pour le chien. Petit bémol pour la plage des sablettes (10 minutes en voiture) il faut parfois tourner un moment pour avoir une place de parking qui cela dit sont gratuites. Bonne adresse à retenir.

Un très bon séjour

Le séjour dans cet appartement fut très agréable et nous demeurons satisfaites de cette expérience. L’appartement est tout à fait recommandable, très bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire ! L’environnement fut calme et la plage juste à côté un véritable délice. Pas trop loin des transports en communs, nous n’avons eu aucun problème pour nous déplacer sans voiture ! Les propriétaires furent aussi très agréables et bienveillants !

Une maison très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison : propre, décorée avec goût, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Nous avons aussi apprécié la proximité de la mer. Tout était parfait. Seul le soleil nous a manqué pour pouvoir profiter des extérieurs néanmoins très agréables. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Séjour familial plurigénérationnel

Sommes arrivés,avons été enchantés de suite ,l extérieur est tout clôturé ,intime ,avec sa jolie terrasse. L intérieur est parfaitement organisé pour plusieurs familles,la pièce centrale réunit tout le monde,et de chaque côté,il y a toilette et salle d eau,et chacun a sa chambre . A noter maison totalement adaptée aux enfants en bas âge et aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison. De plus mer à 50m,on a pu y faire du paddle et les alentours de La Seyne sur mer sont riches en randonnées. Tous commerces à proximité.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay. Grocery store within easy walking distance just down the street and close to the water although not really a beach. Beautiful house and great hosts. We got their late and they were very accommodating. Thanks again for the stay.

La corniche du fort Balaguier à "2 pas"

Très bon accueil. La maison est bien située et au calme. Elle est fonctionnelle, très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. Je recommande vivement cette "adresse".

Cette résidence est conforme à la description. Très agréable et bien située, nous nous sommes épanouie aussi bien dehors que dedans. La séparation des deux chambres permet un séjour adapté pour deux familles.

Alles entsprach der Beschreibung

Wunderschön gestaltetes Ferienhaus. Perfekt für zwei Familien, durch die den Schlafbereichen zugeordneten Bäder. Der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe ist nicht gepflegt. Er genügt jedoch für den kurzen Badespaß zwischendurch. Traumstrand gibt‘s nur 3 km weiter. Der Vermieter Patrick sowie seine Frau waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle.

Une location qui répond parfaitement au besoin d'une famille de 8 personnes pour passer d'agréables vacances. Un agréable extérieur clos où il fait bon prendre ses repas et se reposer à l'ombre. La mer à quelques pas pour baignade et promenade le long de la corniche ......
