360 VIEW OF OCEAN! RELAXATION! BREATH TAKING! NOT BETTER THAN THIS

If you are looking for the best view in Ocean Lakes then this is the house for you. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. Master suite with shower, large window with great view of ocean . Comfortable king size bed, dresser with mirror, T.V. Great large deck upstairs with seating area with a breath taking view of the ocean. You could sit there for days looking and relaxing. The second bedroom upstairs has a comfortable queen size bed, dresser with mirror , T.V. and closet. It also has a large picture window for that great ocean view from your bed. The third bedroom has two brand new bunks with New mattress. Twins on top and fulls on the bottom. Great kids room. It has a dresser, closet, and T.V. Downstairs you have a bedroom with a queen bed, night stand, large window and private bath with tub/shower combination. All bedrooms are nicely decorated. The living room has a brand new sofa and two new chairs. A large picture window in the front of the house for ocean view. Large end tables and flat screen T.V. with DVD player. The dining room , kitchen and living room is one big open room. It also has a half bath on the first floor . The dining room has a large table to seat 6 people. There is a bar with 4 bar stools for those that don't want to use the table. Large windows for ocean watching. The kitchen is fully furnished with coffee maker, toaster, blender for those fruity drinks, and
dishes, pots and pans. It has a micro wave, double door refrigerator and a dishwasher. It has a full size washer and dryer downstairs as well. The first floor deck has a tall deck table and 4 chairs for people watching and also a seating area as you come up on to the first deck. It has room for 3 cars underneath. It is walking distance to the waterpark and the ocean. Lots and Lots of people watching and ocean watching from the decks. Great location and great house.

The departure cleaning fee of $250 is included in the Vrbo price..

Be prepared to pay an entrance fee to get into the park . You will pay this directly to Ocean Lakes before you arrive. The cost is $12 to $15 per night per vehicle .....

Great location and a good cup of coffee
Really glad we stayed at L52 in Ocean Lakes. Your porch overlooks the ocean. If you’re a coffee drinker, you’ll love sitting on the spacious front porch or upper deck and watch the sunrise, ocean and sunset. We’ll be back. Deborah the property manager was attentive and very helpful.

Much needed vacation!
We loved this house! We would recommend ceiling fans! Couldn't ask for a better location. We brought our own golf car and our group rented one also. My husband and I mostly sat on the porch....soooooo relaxing. The others were going here and there and then back to us. Perfect location for a perfect vacation.Deborah and so easy to book with. She came by one evening and sat a talked to my husbank and me. She is so nice and friendly. We would deffinately stay in this house again!!

Great for relaxing and people watching
We had a lovely time at the property. Rooms were well-appointed and the kitchen was stocked with every kind of pot, pan, and gadget. We cooked a lot there - and it worked well. The beach is very close and accessible. It is adjacent/part of a campground - so if you prepare for that - you'll have a great time. The balconies (2) are great for moring coffee and reading. Overall, great, low-key stay.

Improvements
We had a great time. It’s a lovely house. I would recommend adding ceiling fans in bedrooms and definitely on the porches. Roll down shades on the front porch would also be nice. The master shower door opens from the opposite direction making it difficult to exit the shower without dripping lots of water to exit the shower. It was really nice overall. We had a great time.

Lovely home/Crowded location
If you enjoy being in crowds and having a view of campers then this house has everything to offer. It is a lovely home that is well appointed. It is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is well supplied with cooking items. You can see the ocean, however, you are right in front of a public bathroom and are overlooking the campers. We prefer more solitude and so learned from this experience as we had never been to Ocean Lakes.
