Come enjoy the beach at this popular West Beach location in Gulf Shores! Updated, spacious duplex unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Easy walk to the beach with public beach access boardwalk approximately 1,000 ft away! Newly paved pedestrian walking/bicycle path on West Lagoon Ave where property is located. Close proximity to everything Gulf Shores has to offer - 10 minutes away from popular restaurants, shopping, mini golf, etc.

The first floor has a spacious kitchen, dining, living room area, and bathroom. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and queen bed. The second level has a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The washer and dryer are on the ground level. There is plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles - parking pass not required.

Bed linens & bath towels provided - please bring your own beach towels.
Kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee maker, pot & pans, etc.) and basic supplies such as plates, silverware, cups, etc. provided.
Charcoal grill (one per unit).
Wi-Fi and 3 Smart tv's (no satellite or cable).
Check in after 4pm/Check out by10 am.
Responsible Party must be 25 years of age or older.

PLEASE NOTE: This property is a duplex. Two units - each unit is independent complete with kitchen, living area, 3 br/ 2ba. This listing is for Unit B. Listing for Unit A - VRBO# 1238550. Both units may be rented by the same party.

Great place, one issue
All was well except for one issue. When I got into bed the first night (upstairs bedroom), I could feel a bunch of dirt at the bottom of the bed. We took off the covers and used our camera phone lights to find the bed was full of sand. It was also sand all over the couch. Thankfully there was extra linen in the closet. The other 2 rooms had clean linen bc the beds were still damp when we arrived.

The property was close to the beach, but pillows were nasty, no cable tv, traveled from Wisconsin so more beach items would be nice. If you could please put more lights on the steps.

A little birthday trip
The trip was a birthday celebration for my sister who brought her fiance my husband and I and our other sister so it was just us adults. It was a perfect location for walking to the beach and getting to all the shops.

Over all satisfied, I’m a clean person and I was able to over look a few minor things and still enjoy the week. The laundry being underneath is a bit of a hassle. We slept good and felt safe

Lagoon Lovin'
Spacious and open property, within walking distance to the hot sandy beaches one way and ice-cold adult beverages two doors down in the opposite direction. Can't get much better than that. Quiet road away from the main road with traffic. Tell your friends, loved ones, your mothers - this is the place to stay to get A W A Y.

We arrived late on Sunday night and my daughter’s bed comforter and sheets had stains on them. We have a crawling baby and all his clothes and socks had dirt all over them from crawling on dirty floors. Also, we killed 3 cockroaches. Finally, we swept the floors and there was dust and hair all under the couches and the floors had dirt all over. We tried to use the vacuum, but neither one worked. We will not be returning.

Grandparents Christmas
My husband, kids and I took the grandparents on a christmas trip. We love Gulf Shores and this beach house was great for our party of 6! Spacious unit and super quiet. We even decided to add on another day. Pictures and description are as described. I would add a curtain to the upstairs loft, only because of nightowls, so the tv or any light comes straight through upstairs. 5 minute walk to The Beach House restaurant and fish market. Short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back next year!
