Beautiful Views

The location was spectacular, close to all the bike rides we wanted to do and a short drive to many other amazing locations. The property was just as pictured and the host was responsive to our inquiries. A few things travellers should know before booking: 1. Pool was inviting and clean and lounging around it very pleasant. 2. There are many mosquitos on the property that made sitting out challenging at times, though the owner did provide some coils and citronella. 3. The main sleeping area was in a type of alcove that could be challenging for people who wouldn't be comfortable sleeping in enclosed spaces. To get up to the space, the stairs are very steep. 4. There are two air conditioners in the unit that provide a cool environment for all sleeping spaces.

Idealer Familienurlaub

Wunderschönes sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus in toller Lage und mit herrlichem Pool sowie vielen Extras in direkter Nachbarschaft zu den sehr netten Eigentümer. Unsere kleinen Anliegen wurden immer sofort geklärt und man hat sich rundum gut betreut gefühlt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden sehr gern wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne Ferien und nette Vermieter

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Christine und Philippe empfangen. Waren sehr schöne Ferien ausser das Wetter. Vielen Danke euch beiden und vielleicht kommen wir wieder mal bei euch vorbei. Grande piscine, beau jardin et charmant appartement.

L’appartement est agréable avec sa terrasse qui donne directement dans le jardin et la piscine, au calme. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, ils nous ont donné beaucoup de conseils de visites et restaurants. Tous les commerces sont proches, la mer et les petits villages de l’arrière-pays aussi. Bref, nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, der Pool war sehr schön und konnte auch schon im Mai benutzt werden, das große Schlafzimmer im Schiffsdesign mit Whirlpool ist sicherlich neben dem Außen-Pool die Hauptattraktion, es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe (La Gaude). Der Ort ist zentral gelegen (Nähe Nizza) mit der Möglichkeit Tagesausflüge an die schönsten Ausflugsziele an der Cote d'Azure zu unternehmen.

Notre expérience à la villa Magalie

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette maison tout confort. Un grand merci aux propriétaires, ainsi que leur fils et leur belle fille pour leur gentillesse. Un vrai plaisir. Nous sommes venus avec notre chien et tout s’est vraiment bien passé. La propriété est bien clôturée; même notre chienne pourtant fugueuse n’a pas réussi à s’échapper.

Paisible, calme, nature

Les propriétaires sont très disponibles, gentils et agréables. La location est calme, paisible et la piscine magnifique. Il est situé à un emplacement très pratique. Nous étions en voiture et avons pu nous rendre à la plage, aux expos (musée Picasso-Antibes) vignerons, centre-ville, les Baous visible à partir du jardin,… Nous le recommandons

Mangifique séjour sur "La côte"

La villa est bien située pour rayonner sur la côte d’azur, le quartier est tranquille, calme, parfait pour se reposer et en même temps proche des départs de balades, comme la petite montagne du Baou, qui offre une vue magnifique. L’appartement et le jardin sont bien entretenus, très belle piscine, l’ensemble est confortable, clean, pas un bruit, nous nous sommes bien détendus, séjour super agréable, nous reviendrons.

Un agréable séjour

Nous avons apprécié le calme, la tranquillité des lieux, le charmant jardin et la piscine. L’appartement est propre et bien entretenu. Nous étions en télétravail, pas de dérangement de bruits ou autres c’est important pour nous, ainsi qu’une bonne connexion Wi-Fi. La cuisine d’été est très pratique, avec le barbecue weber que nous avons aussi chez nous. Très bon séjour et à noter : la villa est située dans un quartier résidentiel, il y a peu de transport en commun, donc il vaut mieux avoir une voiture ou une moto.

Location décevante...

- Piscine non chauffée contrairement aux indications (tapis chauffant??). Fermée complètement a partir du mercredi. Location jusqu'au samedi. - Seche serviettes ne fonctionnant pas dans la salle de bain. Aucun chauffage. - Free box se coupant sans arrêt. Difficile de regarder la télé. - Pas d insonorisation a l étage. Du bruit tard dans la nuit et tôt le matin. - Portail non entretenu, difficile a ouvrir. - Pas de table de ping pong. - Ménage a faire et lits a demonter alors qu on paie des frais de nettoyage. - Grill barbecue inutilisable tellement il était sale! - Portail extérieur laissé ouvert par les propriétaires alors que l on nous dit que l on peut laisser notre petit chien se balader en sécurité. - Porte d entrée de la maison très difficile a fermer a clé, surtout de l intérieur. Toutefois, Monsieur Maurel, très sympathique, nous a donné beaucoup de conseils pour les visites. Mais cette location ne correspond pas du tout a ce que l on attendait. Nous sommes habitués a beaucoup mieux sur Abritel d habitude !

Fotos und Realität stimmen überein, es wurde alles schon gesagt! Außer....

hingerissen von den Bildern, die die Realität tatsächlich widerspiegeln, wurde ich oft gefragt, ob man auch fußläufig sowohl die "Stadt" als auch den Strand erreichen kann. Doch dem ist nicht so (was ich persönlich nicht schlecht finde). Das Haus befindet sich in den Bergen, man braucht definitiv für den nahegelegenen Supermarkt, auch aus Sicherheitsgründen ein Auto. Strände sind ca. 20 Minuten oder weiter entfernt. Die kleinen Bergdörfer sind alle sehenswert und laden zum Spazieren in eine gefühlt andere Welt ein. Die Unterkunft als solche ist exakt wie beschrieben. Das Ehepaar wohnt in der anderen Doppelhaushälfte, was man so auf den Bildern nicht sieht. Ursprünglich war es ein einzelnes Haus, dass nach dem Auszug der Kinder in 2 Teile geteilt wurde. Man kommt sich allerdings nicht in die Quere, die Eingänge liegen auf unterschiedlichen Seiten des "Doppelhauses", die Vermieter respektieren außerdem die Privatsphäre und besuchen einen nicht Grundlos. Wenn es ein Problem gibt, kümmern sie sich zügig um eine entsprechende Lösung. Internet ist vorhanden, funktioniert allerdings überwiegend in der Unterkunft, Richtung Pool nimmt es stark ab. Für Hunde super, Khira konnte nicht nur im umzäunten Garten toben sondern ebenfalls die Umgebung erkunden. Alles in Allem: Ein super Glückstreffer, den ich da gemacht habe. Kann ich ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen.! Immer wieder gerne!

Séjour agréable !

Bon séjour, 1er étage du logement asser original, la déco est très sympa. concernant l'extérieur la cuisine d'été attenante à la piscine est très pratique. Le barbecue électrique est au top ! (véhicule indispensable pour les déplacements)

Toller Außenpool

Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Villa Magalie verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Nach unseren Entdeckungsfahrten in der Region haben wir am späten Nachmittag die Abkühlung am tollen Außenpool genossen. Die Aussicht auf die Berge ist sehr schön.

Vacances réussis

Très bel appartement collé à celle du propriétaire. Philippe et Christine sont très sympathique et très discret tout en étant disponible si besoin . Jolie jardin avec de beaux Oliviers, piscine très agréable. Proche de belles randos, de villages ou de villes.

Excellent séjour familiale

Deux semaines dans cette jolie villa nichée sur les hauteurs, au calme, proche des commerces et joliment aménagée. A proximité des petits villages pittoresques de la région.. la piscine, le hamac et le coin farniente sont très (très) agréables . Les propriétaires sont discrets et très sympa. Pour des vacances reposantes et dans un joli cadre, c’était parfait .

Rundum zufrieden!

10 Tage lang haben wir die kleine Wohlfühloase genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Ausflüge an den Strand in der Umgebung benötigt man 30-45min mit dem Auto. Eine hervorragende Eisdiele ist in direkter Nähe zur Unterkunft. Für uns war die Unterkunft ideal, natürlich nicht kindersicher aber das war uns ja bewusst und stellte uns auch vor keine Herausforderung. Für Personen über 1,80 Meter würden wir die Wohnung wegen der teils sehr niedrigen Decken allerdings nicht empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine Woche mit unseren Kindern (9 u. 12 Jahre) und unserem Hund hier verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Nicht sehr groß, aber besonders geschmackvoll eingerichtet und für uns 4 hat der Platz ausgereicht. Im Garten wachsen Olivenbäume und bietet eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Berge. Das Highlight war, insbesondere für unsere Kinder, der Pool. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Die Familie Maurel ist sehr gastfreundlich (und hundefreundlich!), vielen Dank für Ihre Freundlichkeit. Wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiter.

Family meeting spot, this small house became over time a family home. As our children were not living here anymore, this part of the house was empty. We love travelling and meeting people staying in owner's houses. This is why it sounded so natural to us to rent this atypical and original suite.

On one hand, the geographic location is ideal, in the heart of the French Riviera, between sea and mountain.
