You can either rent this unit (North side) by itself or rent the entire property by adding VRBO 1141275 (South side) to your rental.

Both sides share a common covered patio with plenty of tables and chairs for each side either independently or jointly. There is also a shared outdoor shower area for a quick and easy rinse when returning from your time on the beach.

Each side has it's own premium charcoal grill for added enjoyment of the unique and inviting beachfront space.

Terrific beach house

The price was fair, duplex had a great neighbor and the beach was perfect. The unit was clean and had absolutely everything we needed. They even stocked it with garbage bags, paper towel, laundry detergent, and tp. I won’t hesitate to book this place again.

Great place to stay with my furbaby!

It was so nice being able to step out of the sliding glass door and have a fenced lot for Chloe’s needs. The rental was almost entirely on one floor so very little luggage had to be carried upstairs. You can park right outside the front door making access easy. The kitchen was well stocked. The only suggestion I would make to future travelers is bring a noise maker like a fan or sound machine for sleeping. Both bedrooms have windows facing the road and white noise would be helpful for better sleep. I would definitely stay again with a furbaby!

Fun at the beach

Enjoyable stay on the beach. Well equipped kitchen, easy access to the beach, beautiful sunsets, and great shelling. Publix grocery store just down the street. Good restaurant choices nearby. Sandy yard enclosure with convenient outside rinse station. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place, location, and host

Really enjoyed our stay on Treasure Island in this great property. The pictures really do, do it justice. Very well apportioned for beach goers (chairs/umbrella /access) and those who stay in. Kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals, and the charcoal grill is a great bonus. Fenced lot is perfect for your dog, if they travel with you. Beach front bar / restaurant in easy walking distance down the beach. Full grocery / liquor store very close - .6 miles Check in / out very easy. Will check this property’s availability first the next time we’re traveling to the area.

Family vacation

Second time we have stayed here and the family enjoyed it. Great location, walking right out to the beach is amazing!! Fully stocked little house with shopping, dining and activities a short drive away. Looking forward to next year.

Fantastic Beachfront Stay

We had an amazing time staying at this house. The description was spot on—it’s right on the beach, and it’s well-equipped with everything we needed. We were there during Debby, and despite the weather, Martha took excellent care of us. Highly recommended!

Will definitely stay again

This is our third stay at this property and we will be booking again soon. This property is perfect for the homebody that just wants to relax at the beach. It's also very close to all the restaurants and shops that anyone could want to visit. We love that the whole family can enjoy the space and we can all unwind.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and spacious for our family of five. We cooked alot of our meals, the kitchen met all those needs. The place does seem to be on the quite end of Treasure Island, but a short walk or Lyft ride will take you to dinner and shopping. The beach...loved how close it is to the house. The girls found alot of sand dollars and beautiful shells. There was a sea turtle nest out behind the unit, this was fun to check out.

Another perfect stay!

This has been our go-to vacation spot for the last four years. We’re already looking at re-booking for later this year. The location is perfect, life is a slow, relaxing pace, the community is wonderful and the home is cozy and comfortable. Martha has become like a friend and the owner, Terry, is great to have as a neighbor. They make sure we have everything we need and are doing alright. It’s always a perfect stay!

Family Beach Trip

Can’t say enough good things about this place. It was located in a continent spot between grocery stores, coffee shops, places to eat and cute shops. The covered patio and fenced backyard make a great place for little ones to play. The convenience of the beach being right out the back gate is great too if you’re like us and forget things often. Overall it’s a great place to stay and we will definitely be back!

Get-A-Way to relax at the Beach

We love this property so much!!

This is the second time our family stayed at this property and we absolutely love it!! Being right on the beach is wonderful and walking distance to Caddy’s and a few other bar/restaurants! The property is clean and had everything we needed! Martha is the best and is great at communication! We will definitely be back!

Three week winter get away

We loved staying at this Beachfront duplex… especially since it’s right on the beautiful beach and relatively private compared to bigger resort type places… Martha the manager was very friendly and easy to contact …we really enjoyed our time the house was comfortable and homey. big enough for the two of us and even comfortable when we had visitors for a few days as they had their own space upstairs with their own full bath… if we come back to TI we would be more than happy to stay here again ❤️🌞

WHAT A WONDERFUL VACATION

We have rented many VRBO's. This is the very first EVER VRBO that was totally equipped!! We needed nothing. This duplex is right on the beach, with waves sounding loud and what an amazing time we had!! Although it was quite windy and cool, we walked the beach quite a bit. We loved eating outside. The outdoor table could accommodate many and the swivel chairs were perfect to enjoy the cooler weather outside, while reading books. If you visit during the warmer weather, there are floats, noodles and everything you'd love to make your time here fantastic!! HOWEVER, for the property manager, a swing curtain rod with a black out curtain would have made our stay much better. The lights on the street were MUCH too bright for us country mice. We took care of that by putting extra towels up on that window to block out the street lights. Other than that, WOW, what a great rental. We didn't use the upstairs. But the upstairs bedroom was just so very cute. It had a twin bed and a double bed; it was so very well done and even a bathroom upstairs. Do not hesitate to stay here.

The place was very clean. It was just as advertised and the location is excellent. The beach is just over the dunes out the back door. The weather was not cooperative this year but we still had a great time! We even had some really great neighbors in the other half of the duplex who were awesome people!

Best location on Gulf Blvd

Our family spent Christmas at this Treasure Island property and it was fantastic. I rented the north side and my son and daughter-in-law rented the south side. The back yard was amazing. The beach was beautiful and the property was tucked away in a perfect spot. We were able to do beach walks just by walking out our back door. We went North to Clearwater, inland to St. Pete as well as Orlando to Universal. This location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The best part was, it was steps to the ocean. We will definitely be staying at this property again.

Tennis Camp

I come twice a year for tennis camp sometimes by myself and other times with a group so we have rented various size VRBOs This location was great and filled my request to be by the beach which was right out the back door Hope next trip we can rent both sides of the duplex to put up the additional people that are coming

Great Location

The property is very cozy and comfortable. It’s located on a very private area of the beach. Perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets, beach walks & gathering shells. It’s also just blocks away from Publix, Walgreens and Caddy’s Treasure Island for a happy hour drink, tasty food & entertainment options. Can’t go wrong with this option.

Great little duplex with amazing beach access

Birthday trip- my husband and my best friend and her husband. This duplex met all our needs- close to everything. Beach access was amazing, we spent every morning and every sunset on the beach. Washer and dryer was a great bonus to leave the ocean in Florida when packing to come home. We will keep this duplex in mind for future vacations.

Great Vacation

Stayed here with my two daughters for vacation. My sister rented the south side of the duplex. Rental had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, and the location was perfect. Perfect size rental for both of our families. It was so nice to have my family right next to us. It was wonderful waking up and having the beach just steps away. Would definitely rent again!!!
