Beautiful 3 room condo on the 11th floor with amazing views of the ocean and the resort. It is located in the middle tower of Bella Sirena giving you the best views of the resort. It has 3 spacious bedrooms with a big and comfortable full bathroom each. It has 1 half bathroom in the main living area. Huge terrace with a Jacuzzi, built in grill and big dinner table to enjoy the sunset while having dinner. Spacious family room with a dining room for 10. Full spacious kitchen with everything you need to have a great vacation. The resort has 1 heated pool with a pool bar and 3 additional pools in different areas of the resort. Beautiful gardens and grilling areas to enjoy. Direct access to the beach and there is a small restaurant bar next to the main pool. We hope you will choose our condo to spend your vacation! I’ll be back

Communication with the manager was great. She responded in a timely manner. The location and the residence its self were amazing - was perfect (I’ll definitely be back). Couldn’t have gotten better. The only thing is the resort drinks and food are expensive. I recommend going early in the AM when there is low tide to lay in the ocean. Recommend AL Capone’s to eat in the city

The host was wonderful

We had a really lovely time, the penthouse is very spacious and has everything you need. It is stocked with all of the supplies that you may need for pretty much anything. I was very appreciative of the timely and efficient communication with the host. She was absolutely wonderful and so sweet! Will definitely be staying here again.

Fabulous view

The place was spacious and had more than enough rooms, beds and bathrooms for 10 people. It was clean and so were the linens and bedding. The view on the huge balcony was amazing!!! The balcony had two cushioned seating areas, an additional table and chairs, a grill and a hot tub. I enjoyed watching everything while having my coffee in the mornings. There were enough bath towels for each person, but not any extra bath towels or hand towels. There were beach towels. If you like to play games or cards bring your own. Overall it was a great property!!

Beautiful!

We loved staying here! We enjoyed each room with a separate bathroom, the view was amazing the jacuzzi on the balcony was even better! I definitely recommend this home for any big group. We had a blast

Great View

The size is perfect for families or big crowds! But it is outdated. One restroom was being worked on. The couches are broken. The hot tub outside doesn’t work. Fridge took a day to get lil cold. Beds are rough. And worst the resort runs out of water.

Amazing house for multiple families!

We had the BEST time staying at Bella Sirena. The penthouse was immaculate, spacious and had the most amazing views! We will definitely be staying here again and can't thank Ariadna enough for her prompt responses and hospitality!

Stunning penthouse and resort

The two master suites were fantastic! Access to the huge patio from every room to the gorgeous view of resort and beach. When we got there the hot tub was not clean but the owner was very responsive and it was cleaned by the 2nd day. The bathtub in the double room was broken but the showers were amazing! Plenty of space for the family! We also loved the secure parking and resort pools!

Great stay at the Zavalas!

We had an excellent stay at the Zavalas condo over the Thanksgiving weekend! The condo was exactly as described in the photos and description. Very clean and spacious for our two families. Ariadnas communication was great from the first moment I made contact. We had an issue come up during our stay and she responded and resolved it immediately. We would definitely recommend booking this condo and would not hesitate to stay again!

Home away from home

We loved this condo. It was perfect for our family trip and the owner was super responsive. We had some issues with the bathroom and she sent someone over right away to fix it. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo. Only thing we had trouble with was the front door was tricky to lock and the main sliding glass door is also hard to open.

If you planning to stay on this property read my review will make it easy to make your decision

This is what I wrote to the owner or the manager of this property about all this issues since day one we stay on this property 4 DAYS !! Till this day she haven’t respond back to me Hello Ariadna We have few issues with the property Main front door is not locking any body can twist the door knob and they can get in and is cracked On one of the rooms is a big ball of hair on the drain On Same bedroom is having A leaking on the roof Between the shower and the sink Also the sliding gloss door is really hard to open or closed The water on the Jacuzzi is not heating properly One.more thing the refrigerator start working good this morning before the guy show up so he don’t do anything One of the toilet knows is broken on one of the bedrooms Wifi never works Please take care this issues for me Before we check out we talk to the cleaning person about all this issues She even mention that already notified to the management or the owner of the property An they haven’t do anything about it
