This comfortable and stylish holiday home offers the ideal base for your family holiday. The elegant open plan kitchen/dining room is complimented by a modern kitchen with a range of appliances. A separate spacious sitting room with wall mounted fire provides a comfortable retreat for taking stock after an action packed day on the beach. A very useful utility room with sink and microwave is accessible from both the front and rear of the property and the kitchen
Sleeping/Bathing
Two double bedrooms both with en-suite facilities and one twin room are thoughtfully furnished for your convenience and relaxation. The delightful family bathroom is kitted out and decorated in the same contemporary style which flows seamlessly throughout the property.

Outside
French doors from the kitchen/diner open onto a decked veranda leading down to the lawned and paved gardens where the hot tub is positioned. The garden is ideal for al fresco dining or enjoying the last rays of the sun with a glass of wine. There is even a coal BBQ for your use.
There is an outside tap and tub for washing off sandy feet and wetsuits! Generous off road parking for three cars rounds off the abundant list of quality features that make this a home to delight the discerning holiday maker. Close to all local amenities and just a short walk to the beach, Seaward is the ideal base for your perfect Croyde holiday.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Please note that you are booking via an external channel and not directly through Ocean Cottages, therefore any information not provided directly from Ocean Cottages cannot be fully relied upon and pricing may differ. Please check payment and cancellation terms prior to confirming your booking.

Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.

It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.

Please note, to ensure optimum cleanliness & hygiene of the hot tub, it will be completely emptied, cleaned, sanitised and re-filled with water and chemicals on your arrival day. Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature until the morning after your arrival.
