CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Shrimp Festival weekend
Really nice condo unit and walkable to the festival area. The third bedroom with the bunk bed is a bit small, but adequate. Large west corner balcony with a great ocean and sunset view!

Fall break Girls Beach trip!!
This condo was beautiful and as my 11 year old said “ Very Preppy!” which means super cute! Decoration were perfect cute and warmly feel! I loved the time throughout the condo and no carpet. Outside on the balcony was my favorite! Comfy little sitting area to drink coffee and read my book in the morning before my crew woke up! We will definitely be back and stay at this condo. Kids loved the pool and the staff were friendly and on top of it with any questions I had.

Seawind Facilities Run Down
The building had issues throughout our week stay. The elevators were constantly down and water was shut off twice. Parking deck was poorly designed and security bothered us several times for my husbands large truck parking over the line even though there were still 20+ parking spots available. Just felt really impersonal and stressful. Guests were smoking on patio decks, we sadly had to smell smoke throughout the week while enjoying the view (the main reason for booking this room..). Indicated we had 4 adults and 3 kids, so they gave us 5 bathroom towels. No extra sheets provided. I have never written a negative review on VRBO, but to spend this kind of money for a family vacation, I think it is important for guests to be aware of the lack of attention to detail and run down facilities that this stay offers. There are so many great looking places along the coast, even the San Carlos Condominiums next door looked beautiful! I would recommend continuing your search. :)

Seawind 509 is an amazing unit and was better than expected. Beds were super comfortable though we didn’t get enough sleep. The beach was amazing, as always and our kids LOVED the splash pad.

Great Spring Break
This place was wonderful for our family of 5 vacation. I was interested in this location because of the amenities along with the condo - mainly the Splash Pad for my 6-month-old, and indoor pool for toddler which would have been nice for the first couple days when the weather was cold. Unfortunately, the pool heater was not working, so it was a cold, unpleasant swim for the toddler. Once the weather warmed up, we had fun in the splash pad. It's very close to everything, we walked to The Hangout for lunch, and walked to souvenir shops. I have been going to Gulf Shores for many many years, and this location met our needs perfectly. It was very cute and spacious.

The Best Vaca!!
We really enjoyed our stay! Loved the condo so much! Close to restaurants!!! No need to even drive! And a cute little market right across the street! It could not have been better!!! Very comfortable! And the deck furniture was perfect too!!

Condo is pretty and has short boardwalk to beach which is nice. Easy to contact staff via text. However, property did not have pullout couch like it was suppose to have in the listing. When I contacted the management company, they told me to use an air mattress. But, there was no place to use it in the living room without rearranging the furniture (which they ask you not to do). Additionally, I wished they had communicated the indoor pool was going to be closed during our stay. My kids and I were quite disappointed. I didn’t feel like the company did enough to to satisfy our complaints during the stay.

Amazing Girls Trip
Four lifetime friends celebrating retirement and life! Communication and Check-in were perfect. Property was immaculate. The property has a perfect view of the beach and has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. Close to everything and within walking distance of many restaurants.

Clean, great communication, the deck overlooking the beach was great. The decor of the condo was new, fresh, and updated. First time to Orange beach and the location was absolutely perfect. The only minor thing was maybe installing a newer dishwasher, I would rinse the dishes beforehand, but I think that could be updated. All in all a perfect vacation spot!

Great unit! Decorated nicely. Comfortable beds! Kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect place for 2 families. Info that wouldve been nice to know: This condo building has over 18 floors with 2 elevators. Sometimes you wait a very long time to get on the elevators. Then to make matters worse, at the peek time of the day there are elevator attendants taking up space. (Body and chair)This makes no sense at all. And at times they werent the friendliest. Stated in the check-in paperwork, “beach umbrella” so half our party didnt bring one. we contacted the VRBO listing and whoever replies to that told me they arent provided any longer. But then we texted the number and they sent an umbrella over. A small one but atleast gave us something. For perspective renters: If you’re wanting a good spot close to the water front on the beach we recommend being out there by 7:15am. Definitely bring your own beach umbrella/cover if you’re wanting to be covered. Bring own beach chairs, the unit supplies 4 but the sand and salt water has ruined them over time. Sand is very hot, bring water shoes/crocs. Thankfully this unit was on the 5th floor and we parked on the 3rd so we could take the stairs if we werent carrying a lot of items. Parking spots are very small. We would def come back!
