High end furnishing

We picked this place because we were attending a wedding a half a mile away. Everything was wonderful. Quiet setting, comfortable beds, plenty of seating for watching tv and relaxing. We only used the coffee maker and refrigerator but it was a well stocked kitchen.

A treasure, Ten minutes from Carmel by the Sea

The location has two Bedrooms rooms and two Bathrooms. The kitchen is large. We prepared 4 complete meals over a long weekend. We enjoy the entire stay!!

The property was beautiful, lovely patio, very nice cottage, beautifully decorated. Lots of space in the bedrooms, big closets. Would definitely stay there again!

Great Stay/Great Location

2 grandparents, 2 parents, 1 child had a great stay in a perfect location. Very spacious. Adequately supplied with what you need. Basketball hoop for all. Friendly owners. 5 minutes to the Mission, Carmel State River Beach. 10 minutes to Carmel by the Sea. 5 minutes to Carmel Village. 15 to Pt. Lobos. Our second time staying here and will return. Thank you

Carmel stay

Nice home in a beautiful area. The thermostat was a bit loud and due to rain, there was a lot of noise from the drain pipe. The owners would have taken care of it but we didn't realize what it was unt the morning of our departure. There is a very nice sitting area outside to enjoy.

Second time stay here, loved it both times

Lovely and spacious and comfortable cottage that feels like a complete house; away from the crowds and chaos of downtown Carmel, but easily accessible to all attractions of the Monterey Peninsula. We appreciated the high quality washer dryer pair, as it allowed us to pack fewer clothes. The turn into the property is a bit narrow, but we got a freakishly large rental SUV in and without any problem, so any normal human-sized vehicle should be easy. We loved the quiet and convenience on two trips, and hope we will be able to stay in the future again.

What we didn’t appreciate was the disingenuousness of their advertising. Their lack of candor regarding features availability. Oh yes, we found the filthy,rusted, and spiderwebs barbecue grill. The destroyed cover for the gazebo, the unusable /broken ping pong table.and other questionable on-site features. Television in the king sized bed bedroom didn’t work at all! The owner said that the remote control in the living room was stolen by one of the previous guests.Who said they can’t wait to come back. The freezer was dirty and had the undisclosed owners food in it. Very disappointing ☹️

Positive experience - would stay again

We stayed here for 5 nights in August. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, nicely decorated, nice location for our trip plans, conveniently located close to necessary services (grocery, gas, etc.). Safe neighborhood -highly recommended.

The property was close to airport and places we wanted to visit in Monterey and Carmel. The beds were comfortable and basic supplies like towels and paper products were well stocked. All appliances worked.

Property was absolutely perfect. Close to everything….Carmel, Pebble Beach, Monterey, etc. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend it and would return in a heartbeat.

Good Carmel Valley Location

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Carmel Valley Villa. Nicely located between the Carmel Valley Village and town of Carmel. Lots of nice restaurants and conveniently located Safeway nearby.

Pleasant experience

Enjoyed the weekend with girlfriends. Clean, beautiful place close to Carmel downtown, point lobos and lots of other places. Definitely recommend this place.

Convenient location; clean home with a lotof amenities

At first I was concerned when I didn't receive check in info... but when I called Nina I appreciated that she immediately sent me the info. Once we arrived, we enjoyed our stay. While we misunderstood from property description that there was no open space view from any windows and that the home was in close proximity to other homes, we appreciated that it was a quiet neighborhood. There were a lot of nice amenities. in the home (ie cooking utensils, a 'regular' coffee pot - vs Keurig-type). Suggest labeling the remotes for the tvs... After we couldn't get the living room tv to access channels, we finally sorted out that one of the remotes left in the second bedroom was actually for the living room.

Lovely house in Carmel Valley

Comfortable and quiet, even in the December rains. Convenient to Carmel and beaches (a few miles). Large washer and dryer made our lives easy, and we appreciated the gas range in the kitchen and the water purification system which fixed the local water imperfections. We would stay here again.

Comfy Beds & good location

Great location close to Carmel & Monterey & plenty of beach spots; good space with two large bedrooms with very comfortable beds; would not recommend for children of any age, too many glass & breakable items throughout the house; everything was well worn and a little outdated and didn’t feel super clean. Would not be a top option for another stay.

Great space for weekend getaway!

The house was perfectly located between Carmel Valley and Carmel by the Sea, which made it easy to explore both areas. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space for a group of 7.

Carmel Valley Getaway

the house is about 10 miles from downtown Carmel, so you definitely need a car. However, the house was comfortable, clean and lots of space. We had a private patio and parking, which was great. Safeway is only 2 miles away, to stop and pick up snacks,,etc. Would definitely use the property again.
