The home is a 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1108 sq.ft. townhouse. On the first floor you will find the 2 bedrooms, each with a full sized bed and a shared bathroom. On the second floor is the living, dining , kitchen, and second bathroom. Also on the second floor is a balcony deck that is perfect for taking in the San Diego sunshine.

Good apt, but beware small parking spot

We enjoyed our stay overall. The unit was described accurately. The beds were comfortable (medium, not soft but not hard either). The kitchen had most things we needed for cooking (no cooking oil or coffee etc though). The location was great for visiting the beach - less than a minute to get there but not right on the beach so less boardwalk noise. The cons would be that there were no black out shades in bedrooms so very bright in the morning. Also, the parking garage is very narrow as mentioned by other reviewers. Even if you could get in the spot, it would be pretty hard to exit the car! We had a kia sorrento so didn’t stand a chance. Luckily, it was low season (Thanksgiving week) and there was plenty of street parking.

Great Beach Getaway!

Fantastic location to enjoy the beach, sand is 20 feet away! Comfortable condo, great for family vacation. My wife and kids really had a great time! Only negative is that the parking garage is extremely small. I have a mid sized SUV and it barely fit. Other than that, we really like this condo and would stay there again in a second, although we would drive a much smaller car!!

Can't beat the location

Check in/out process was very clear and straight forward. You couldn't ask for a better location for heading to the beach. All of the gates/doors are coded, leaving you one less thing to worry about losing while you're there. The parking at Mission Beach is super limited, so the garage was a huge perk. Whatever vehicle you plan on parking in the garage, try to get the smallest one possible. We rented a Hyundai Tucson (mid-sized SUV) and I'm not exaggerating when I say there is one foot of space from the door to the garage walls. It is TIGHT. It's doable, but it was always a challenge getting the car in there. The only small issue I had was with the mattresses. If you don't mind a really firm mattress and pillow, then the bed situation won't be an issue. It made getting a good night's rest tough for my family, but everyone is different. Other than that, everything was amazing.

Perfect location!

We loved the location, steps to the beach, 10 minutes walk to the park and stores. The condo was clean, tv in every room, extra towels and blankets in the closet. AC. Nice kitchen with clean modern appliances, pots, pans, knives... everything we needed for our stay. Few cons are the garage is too narrow, also we couldn't keep our windows open because of the noise from the road. Overall, we had a great vacation. Will be back next year.

Amazing Long Weekend

This property was great. Location to the beach was amazing, the complex was well taken care of. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Love the place

We stay at a lot in Mission Beach and this was by far the cleanest. From the time we got in, there was enough of everything we needed for the kitchen (dish soap, new clean sponge, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, 2 different coffee makers, etc…). There was enough bath towels and the bathrooms came with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and enough TP for our stay. I wish I could give it more stars as everything was great as well as the location, close enough to the boardwalk but not close enough to hear all the noise. I wish the parking was better as the garage is pretty narrow and hard to get into, but that’s was it as there was parking all around.

Great location with some issues

Condo is in a great location and well appointed. Unfortunately, the floors were dirty and needed to be mopped (turned bare feet black immediately), the downstairs shower had very little water pressure and the kitchen/upstairs had a small ant infestation. Also, table and chairs on the outdoor deck were too large for the space, rendering them nearly unusable. And the pull out couch was broken and sagging in the middle, making it a bit uncomfortable to sit on. Hate to leave a negative review, but with some minor improvements this place would have been excellent.
