Destin Towers is centrally located in the 'Heart of Destin.' It is close to everything and there are many, many choices for adventure. With Big Kahuna's and The Track both across the street, the kids are happy already. Several golf courses are nearby as well as good restaurants anxiously awaiting your arrival. The Donut Hole, A.J.'s and The Back Porch are just up the beach and certainly within walking distance.

Destin Towers has its own entertainment with breathtaking views while lounging around the pool. The pool and hot tub area are decoratively tiled and lounge chairs completely surround the deck area. There are three units per floor totaling only 46 units to share the pool and beach area. The common areas are not crowded as are many of the larger complexes. Plus, this is a bottom unit (no worries for children to fall off balcony) and also nice for elderly as there is no elevator needed - you just walk right in (and out the front door to the beach). There is a security gate for your 24 hour protection. Come see why Destin Towers is a favorite vacation place for all who visit.

This condo has been completely redecorated throughout featuring new kitchen cabinets with silestone counter tops and new stainless appliances. There is a glass top table with leather chairs making the kitchen an eat-in kitchen. The living room is all natural tones with a wicker couch (convertible queen bed), a love seat and two over-sized matching wicker chairs. The dining room has an exquisite glass top table with leather chairs. The natural tones with brown accents flow throughout the unit giving it a tropical, 'island look' with a comfortable, 'homey' feel. The extra large master bedroom has a king bed with an armoire for the TV. This room has an extra large closet as well as a separate dressing area from the bathroom. The bathroom has a new tiled walk-in shower and is completely handicap accessible. The guest room also has a king bed with its own bath and a NEW Smart TV complete with Netflix access. This unit is described none other than 'awesome' as this has been a family vacation home (and non-rental) since 1989. This condo is much larger than most with over 1150 square feet to enjoy. Also, complete with free WiFi! Call me today for a reservation... and get on 'island time.'

Best beach trip yet

Absolutely perfect size condo. Only about 45 units. This specific one is ground floor next to pool. Parking is close and easy. Everything we needed was there. If i could i'd reserve this unit 2x a yr for next 20yrs. Ive been coming to the gulf for 50yrs (not every yr) and this was best trip yet.

This condo was excellent. Great location. Clean. Close to the pool, hot tub and beach. Loved the gated concept and felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again would recommend 10/10.

Good place to stay. Couple suggestions, need more and better quality towels,

Maintenance should be done when guests are not there, they were beating on our door at 8 am, water was barely warm. Loved the assigned parking space

Construction was a total bummer. Parking was disrupted, couldn’t open windows because of workers outside of them daily painting. Constant noise.

Great Place!

The description of the condo was spot on. The owner kept in touch to make sure stay was great. The first floor level is perfect and you can walk right out on the beach. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend!

We give it 4 stars!

We liked this unit but as with anywhere, there’s always a few things that catch your attention. Traffic was very heavy. Getting in and out of the facility was difficult. Plus, someone was in our designated parking spot the entire time, so we had to park out towards the gate. The unit is on the ground floor, which we specifically needed. The pool is right outside the back door & the beach was just past that. Both very convenient I will say the pool was smaller than we expected and was often dirty with slime, hair & bugs. The hot tub was VERY dirty and not fully functional (the knob was broken off the timer). We saw two guys that came & “cleaned” the pool but only the older gentleman actually cleaned it. The other just poured a cup of something in it & left. Those were the days the pool was the worst. The beach was very crowded & the rental chair company occupied the majority of the designated area. That was annoying, but we managed. The porch furniture left a lot to be desired. There were 2 functional chairs, two broken ones and a very uncomfortable wooden bench. All of which were surrounded by ants when we got there & throughout the week. It does not appear the concrete porch is ever washed off so those guys clearly have made themselves at home. We were glad to have brought a few $10 chairs from Walmart with us to sit on. The inside of the unit was sized well, but full of alot of unnecessary decor / furniture / fake plants that just took up space. In my opinion, the wicker living room furniture needs to be replaced. It is very dingy, outdated and all the pillows/cushions are stained. The pull out couch was gross when we opened it. The bath linens were in short supply. Be prepared to do laundry every day. Our biggest issue was the air conditioning (although we just dealt with it). The air filter light was on when we arrived and the unit would rarely pull down past 75 despite being set at 71 the entire time. At night it might get down to 73 but it didn’t stay there long. It was definitely noticeable & uncomfortable at times. I did mention it to the Manager upon departure so they could have it checked for the next guests (we left Friday even though checkout was Sat.) Overall, we did enjoy our stay and we got some much needed beach relaxation. With a few updates/improvements, this unit could be 5 stars.

This condo was perfect. So much more than I expected. Very clean, had more than enough amenities. We cooked 5 nights had had everything we needed. Very pretty condo and located right at the beach. Renting snd checking in was so easy. Would love to come back to this condo again.

Total mis-representation of condo.

This property is terrible to say the least. Moldy curtains, old, dirty, broken down furniture. No dressers to put clothes in. Condo was not cleaned upon arrival and hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Took me over 2 hours to clean. Front door lock wasn’t working properly and had to be broken into by building maintenance. Sliding door has broken seal so the view is through steamed glass and water running down in it. The slider would lock but if you pulled on it at all it unlocks because it was missing screws. Photos of all issues listed above were sent to VRBO for their records. Owner stated these were minor inconveniences. Do not rent!!!

Excellent Spring Break Vacation

A clean, well-appointed condo that matches the online listing. The ground floor location was ideal, making access to the beach and pool super-convenient. Our family had a wonderful time and we will definitely look to rent this property the next time we come to Destin.

Perfect place

We just loved the bottom floor unit. We are definitely planning to come back here again next year as this unit fit our needs perfectly. The owners of the property were wonderful to work with and we just felt like we were home in this unit. We also loved that we could enjoy both the sunrise, sunsets. The heated pool and hot tub were also a bonus! We can’t wait to come back.

Great Family Vacation!

The 1st level walkout to pool and beach was amazing! It was by far was more beneficial than having a view from the upper floors. Very nice condo and kitchen was amazing. We will definitely be back again. The only bad thing is that we didn't book for a longer stay.

This condo was great! Great bottom floor unit right by the pool. Close to everything in both directions. Check-in couldn't be any easier. Assigned covered parking space. We had a great vacation, and where we stayed had a lot to do with it

This was a great place for us. Easy 1st floor access to pool and beach. Nice big patio. Liked the second door from patio to master bedroom. Living room layout was tough to move for sofa bed use. Can opener didn’t work. AC vents needed cleaning. Overall great place and would stay there again.

Great location and area

We had a great time in Destin. For a retired couple our condo was very comfortable. The location is the bottom floor, building corner, of a condo complex with a nice semi-private patio area before stepping out into pool area. The drawback is the obstructed view of Gulf (plants and trees); the positive is the ease of getting to the pool and beach areas - a dozen steps and you're at the pool and a dozen more and you're at the beach. The beach is fantastic; extremely wide with low tide and a great walk area. You can walk for miles; and we did. The condo itself is very nice, but needs a little TLC (paint mostly in traffic areas). Would we stay here again - you bet we would. We recommend this place. The condo owner is very easy to work with. One more item - the dinning experience in Destin is very good. Your choice of moderately priced and up. Every restaurant we experienced the food was very good to excellent and the service was excellent.

Beautiful condo

Loved the condo being on the first floor for us the convience outweighed the view. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is small but nice. It is a little nosy on the first floor with maintaince and upper level guest.WiFi does not reach to back bedroom that has a roku smart tv. Other than that our stay was awesome and the owners were very responsive with any questions I had. I would defiantly stay again!
