The codo was just as describe and it was super convenient when getting to the beach and getting to one of the MANY attractions in the area! The owners are very easy to communicate with and the check in/out process was very easy! Would definitely stay again!

My sister and I had a wonderful time! Everything about this place is perfect. This is a beach front property with stunning views! It’s super close to everything! We felt very safe as well. Anniversary Trip

We had a lovely, relaxing time here celebrating our anniversary. There’s nothing like sitting on the deck late at night, listening to the waves, and smelling the sea air. Except perhaps enjoying coffee and waiting for the sunrise while listening to the waves and smelling the sea air!

Loved our stay here! The pictures don’t do this condo justice. Great location right on the beach, perfect for falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Only gave 4 stars due to the inconvenience of having to provide our own linens and towels. Another nice touch would have been to provide a hair dryer. But overall a great place and location!

A Wonderful Reprieve

I highly recommend this wonderful penthouse condo. The owners were exceptionally accommodating and the unit very nicely appointed, especially the kitchen. The location provides a wonderful ocean view and convenience to many restaurants and sights.

Perfect location!

This was our first time staying in the Outer Banks and this was the perfect place to stay. We loved it!! Clean and great layout of this condo. Perfect location it was beautiful. It was nice that some essentials such as scissors and utensils were there. The master bedroom and bathroom were beautiful and honestly can not beat that view. Owners were fast at answering questions and check in process was very smooth! We will be coming back!

It was amazing! Perfect location and beautiful property. We did find a few electrical issues: outlet in master not working, some of the stove top burners not working, and bedroom #2 TV did not work. We would all come back and would love to stay longer next time around!

Book the place ON the beach . Not the place near the beach. The location is breathtaking - you can fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves and the beach is steps away. . Cindy was a great communicator and the place was perfect. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property

Beautiful and clean penthouse condo! Fantastic view steps from the ocean. We were a little bit disappointed that we were required to bring our own sheets and towels and paper goods! We came from the West Coast and this was a bit of a hassle. I would hope that for the price charged these items would be included. This is the 1st time I have ever encountered this requirement.

Perfect in Every Way

First, I have to say the view was phenomenal! The place was very clean and had everything we needed even down to a pair of scissors that were needed. I could not be more happy with the place we chose. Also, on two occasions, I needed to contact the owner for general questions and he responded quickly. I know that I am definitely planning to stay there again in the future.

Wonderful Vacation!

We had such a nice week here! The condo is clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals with and felt very cozy. We did have to bring sheets and towels but they provided pillows and comforters and blankets. There aren't any words to describe the views! We could see the ocean from every angle, but the best was sitting out on the deck. Very quiet and safe area. Also liked having access to a pool. Would definitely recommend and we hope to return soon!

Beautiful condo, right on the beach-easy stroll over the dunes. The top floor gives you an amazing view of the ocean! Condo is roomy enough for 4, kitchen equipped nicely (brand new Keurig coffee maker delivered during our stay-excellent comms with owner). Washer/dryer are full size, beds and couches are very comfortable, and shower water pressure is amazing. Condo is close to restaurants/grocery stores/etc. For our first trip to OBX, it by far exceeded our expectations. Thank you for your hospitality!

Very nice apartment

We had a wonderful week. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, it is quiet and right at the beach. We have two children 2 and 4 yrs old and the stairs weren’t an issue at all for us even though we had to climb them frequently. The sunsets are beautiful and we had everything we needed in terms of equipment (if you add a cutting board that would be wonderful). We would come back anytime.
