Lake front accommodations located in Matlock Manitoba with close, easy access to the lake. This cottage provides you with all the amenities of home. A fully functional kitchen, outside BBQ and dish washer. After a long day of fishing come home to a wood burning stove with plenty of wood to burn. This cottage sleeps 5-6 people with two large bedrooms with queen size beds and a third bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom and plenty of storage for all your fishing gear. A two car parking pad is available with additional parking on the street. In addition wifi is available along with a washer and dryer for your use. You will not be disappointed.

This was our third year staying at this cabin. It’s located in a great area for ice fishermen and is the perfect size for 2 or 3 guys. David is quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at David’s cabin. We had 5 in our group and was plenty comfortable for us. Location is great for accessing Matlock in the winter. Parking is basically on the street for more than 1 truck, we were able to get one truck and trailer in the driveway plus our 3 SxS’s and our other 2 trucks stayed on the road. David was great to deal with and flexible. Be sure to bring your fish to Julia’s place and she will cook you a fabulous shore lunch style dinner. Overall we were very happy with everything and will look to stay here again.

Cozy cabin right on the lake.

This was our second year renting this cabin in March. It's close to lake access for ice fishing, so you don't have to trailer anything to the lake. The cabin itself is cozy and clean and it has a wood burner in the living room, with wood supplied. The owner/manager has always responded to any questions we've had in a very timely manner. Our first year, we had some trouble getting the TV to work with our netflix account. We called David's cell number and he walked us through it. Our group has been very satisfied with this cabin and would recommend it to anyone.

Perfect Location for a family Ice Fishing Trip!

A comfy house with a great location for Lake Winnipeg access. Warner Rd access is 2 minutes away and Chalet Beach Rd access is 4 minutes away. The wood stove with an endless supply of wood was a bonus.
