This Park City condo is a 5 minute walk to Park City Mountain Resort and Main Street. This charming, vintage-style property is positioned high in the avenues of Park City’s authentic Old Town. Main Street in Old Town is also a 5 minute walk which boasts the towns best restaurants, shopping, bars and nightlife.
This sunny and quiet end unit has no shared walls with other units on 3 sides. The condo has a private entrance and a parking spot directly in front of the unit. No stairs to navigate with your skis and boards to enter the unit. Additional guest parking spots are available but limited. Better yet, skip the car and use Park CIty's free bus service that takes you everywhere in town including all 3 major resorts and shopping areas. The bus stop is also a 5 minute walk at Park City resort.

Park City’s FREE hop on, hop off bus service picks up at the resort base at the bottom of the road. You can also walk down the street stairs toward Park Ave to get the bus there. Bus schedules are in the unit or download the MyStop app for your phone for real time route info.
Sundance and other Holiday periods may require a 7 night minimum.

Thanks for staying with us in Park City. I hope you enjoy your stay and get to experience all that Park City has to offer. Park City’s breath of activities, dining, shopping and nightlife are like no other.

Please remove shoes when entering and use the boot trays for wet and muddy shoes. Salt and dirt is hard to clean out of the floors and carpet.
No Pets or Smoking are allowed.
Check in
Check in time is 3pm unless otherwise arranged. This is to ensure the unit is cleaned before you arrive.
• Please close window blinds and shades at night and when you leave to conserve heat.
• Do not leave gas fireplace on when you are not in the unit.
Check -out
Check out is at 10am on your departure date.
• Remove all items from the refrigerator. You can leave unopened items that might help out the next quest. (drinks, spices etc.)
• Remove all trash from the unit.
• Run dishwasher for any remaining dirty dishes and utensils.
• Empty humidifier if used, to dry out.
• Set the thermostat to 60 degrees.
• Lock door and windows.
• Please close window blinds and shades to conserve heat.
Parking
One parking spot marked #47 is available in front of the unit. There are a couple guest spots on a first come basis and can’t be used as regular spots, 24 hr limit.
On snow days of 2 inches or more all cars must be moved out of the parking spots from 9am to 11am for snow removal. Cars may be towed by the association if not moved. We assume no responsibility for charges incurred for cars towed or damage to your vehicle.
If you have to move the car for a powder day I would hope you would be out skiing by early anyway . If you are skiing Park City Resort just park in the resort lot down the street that day.
Maid Service
There is no daily maid service. The unit is cleaned and supplied with fresh towels and linens. Toilet paper and paper towels are provided as well as back ups to get you going. There are 3 supermarkets on RT 224 (Smith’s, aFreshMarket and MarketPlace) that you probably passed on the way into town for additional supplies and groceries.
Gas Fireplace
The Flame and Fan switches are to the right of the fireplace. The fire should start immediately when the switch is turned on. If it doesn’t turn the switch off and contact me. Do not leave the unit with the fireplace on.
Bus

Garbage
Garbage and Recyclable containers are located down the property stairs on the parallel street below (Norfolk Ave)

Park City has great restaurants and a great variety of cuisine for everyone. Check out the guides and pamphlets in the unit for ideas. Many restaurants do take-out and there are delivery services that pickup from most restaurants as well if you decide to stay in.
