Welcome to our home in the mountains!

LOCATION - LOCATION - only a 5 minute walk to Eagle Lodge

Living room 60 inch TV. Blue tooth Audio. Cable and Netflix. Brand new furniture. Wood fireplace. Recessed lighting.

2 bedrooms with new furniture and flat screen TVs, cable and Netflix access. A King bed Master Suite with an on suite full bathroom with brand new Vanity. Beautiful subway and mexican tile shower and a towel warmer rack. Second bedroom is equipped with a Pillowtop Queen and two extra long Twin mattresses in a overhead bunk and a pull-out trundle. The second bathroom has been remodeled with a beautiful Vanity and brand new soaking tub.

The spacious brand new kitchen is fully equipped with stainless metal appliances. Quartz counter tops with a beautiful mexican tile backsplash.

In addition to the bath towels and fitted sheets there are soaps and shampoos in each full bath. Hairdryers and humidifiers are provided in each bathroom. Dish detergent, laundry detergent and paper towels are also provided.

Lovely updated condo

This condo has been updated in every way. There are many condos in Mammoth that have such a sad, dated appearance inside. This one was beautiful inside and very comfortable. Walking distance to Eagle Lodge for easy access to the lifts. The condo is really thoughtfully stocked as well, with not only every cooking appliance and utensil you would ever need, but the extra things like spices and extra toiletries. We would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend rental

This recently renovated condo was the perfect place for two couples to stay. Easy walk to Eagle lodge. Communication was easy with the host as well. We’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

Cozy Condo short walk to Lift!

Wonderful location, walkable to the Eagle lift. The condo is very clean, wonderfully accessorized and well stocked. Our host was very responsive and helpful. My daughter and I found it a perfect environment to enjoy after skiing.

Great weekend ski trip

Spacious, clean place in a great location! The kitchen is stocked with cookware and the outdoor patio is great for storing snowboards. The showers are luxurious and the bedrooms are well suited for 6 adults. The place is a short walk to Eagle lodge true to the description. We loved coming back from a full day on the slopes to a dinner at the kitchen table and a movie night. The only challenge points are parking and service/ WiFi. The place comes with 1 dedicated spot but the 2nd spot is first come, first serve. There are just a few guest spots in the garage so get there early and have a back up plan for storing a 2nd car if needed. The cell service is understandably not great due to proximity to the mountain. Because of a snow storm during our stay, the WiFi was also slow when it worked at all. Highly recommend this spot for a mammoth ski weekend with friends!

Unfortunately, we were meant to ski the weekend that Mammoth Mountain closed. The owners were amazing, working with us regarding our stay. Lovely home and lovely owners.

Great Stay ... would love to stay here again!

We (our family of 4) loved our stay! Alma was great to work with, beds are super comfortable, location is really good and the condo is precisely as shown in the listing. Hot tub at the property was GREAT and very close to the unit! Recommendations to potential future renters, are to bring Nespresso pods and fire starters (for the wood burning fireplace) as they are not provided.

Tastefully decorated near Eagle Lodge

We had a great time at Alma’s property. After a long day on the slopes, we relaxed by the fire and enjoyed the modern, clean and homey space. Alma is an excellent communicator, very responsive and we would definitely recommend this home to future guests. Thanks for having us, we would stay again!

Beautiful condo, good communication with owner

This is really a beautiful condo. It is clean and comfortable, and has a fun and funky style that is very appealing. Pictures in the listing are accurate. Beds are comfortable. The location is quiet. Communication with the owner was great before and during our stay. We had a very minor issue with a window blind upon arrival, but the owner responded right away and sent somebody out to fix it, which is really all you can ask for. She was very nice about it. The owner's pride of ownership and commitment to providing tenants with a perfect stay really showed. Check in was easy. I always look for details about location, so here's my note: The condo's location is about a 10 minute walk from Chair 15 (essentially, the length of the parking lot, plus another block or so). Going home is flat and slightly downhill, so we walked home every day. In the mornings we found it easier to have my husband drop off people and equipment by car (a 1-minute drive), then return the car to the condo and walk back without carrying skis. I would definitely return to this condo!

Thoroughly enjoyable Mammoth Getaway!

We had a wonderful time staying in Alma's condo. We were there for the once-in-a-lifetime July 4th skiing, but also for summer hiking and relaxation. The condo is well equipped with everything we could want, including a Nespresso machine! We made use of the pool and the barbecue, which added to the fun. Alma was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely rent here again!

Nice get away place

The place was very cozy. Kids loved the bean bag in the living room. Was a bit cold when we arrived but after getting the fireplace and heaters it warmed up. Good area from Eagle lodge to walk down too. Overall we had a good stay.

Great place, great location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The interior was very nice with everything a family needs for a vacation. The walk to Eagle Lodge was easy. My kids (11, 13, 16) would be ready to go first thing in the morning so we'd send them on their own. I will try to book again on a future trip.

Nice and Easy Accommodations

The location of this condo to Eagle is great. It's a short walk to the lift and off you go. The underground parking spot is wonderful, and we were even able to have some friends park in a spare spot when they came over for dinner. We were there during a very busy time, and when there were a few things missing such as hand towels and wash cloths, Alma made sure they were brought over quickly. Master bed is super comfy! I suggest that if you plan on using the sauna or jacuzzi you bring an extra towel. Other than that you will be set.

Great place!!

We wished we could have booked a longer stay. That's how we felt about this place. Kitchen was very well equipped, TV and surround bar were perfect and even though it was freezing during our time of stay, it was always nice and cozy inside. Owners are amazing and always looking out for your needs. Hope we can rent again.

Perfect stay!

This place was amazing! It had everything that we needed for a month-long stay. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with anything you might need (appliances, dishes, glasses, etc). The living space is very cozy. Beds are super comfortable. Parking is close to unit. The complex has 2 really nice pools for swimming and lots of hot tubs. AND, the owners were really easy to work with. They made themselves available and responded to e-mails or texts almost immediately. I have rented in Mammoth every summer for the last 6 years and this was by far the best and easiest rental experience.

Spacious, nice amenities, and updated throughout.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Kitchen very well equipped though plenty of wrong coffee filters but we made do. More stuff than most condos we have stayed in the kitchen and plenty of dishes, etc.. Parking was right below us so easy to carry stuff to car. Walk to Eagle Lodge no problem but we did drive to the pick up area to get gear. Easier but walking is fine also. Bathrooms small but vanities are outside of bathrooms. Living room T.V. was great and has Netflix with surround sound!!!! No dressers in bedroom so hard to unpack completely. With a bit of warmer weather snow on roof melting and fell on balconies. Wood was a little damp so wouldn't light in fireplace. Maybe some chairs in summer time would be nice. Upstairs nights and in morning their was some pounding that we figured out someone was splitting wood on the fireplace mantle. Only for a few minutes but annoying when we were trying to sleep. Spa was real nice. Only ones in there and spa and area was clean and worked nice. Sauna we couldn't get to work but also looked clean. Close to town and son took shuttle down to Von's one afternoon. Maybe a notebook with tips and map of complex would be nice. Overall another option for us in Mammoth. Rates real competitive with Juniper Springs Lodge during that Spring Break week. Real nice for a family. Comfortable. Recommend it for anyone. Thanks. Above is more feedback than criticism as it worked out nice for us. P.S. Being able to keep our skis and boards inside was a real nice treat

Great Time!

This place is newly renovated and has a lot to offer. For starters, the location is awesome (walking distance to lift). In addition, there are new appliances and the place itself feels upgraded. Often when you rent some of these places, they are old and worn down over time. However, that is not the case here, as most things seem new or well kept. The owners are super helpful and attentive which is great. We rented an SUV and had covered parking which was also good. Overall, we really liked this place and are excited to come back for sure!
