This property is located on the golf course with stunning views of the course from the private balcony. The condo can comfortably sleep 6 with (2) king beds and (1) Queen Bed. Best Condo Experience

This property is centrally located in Myrtle Beach in a quiet area. Perfect for golfers! Very clean and all amenities I could ask for. We will definitely stay there again.

Can’t say enough good things about Derek and this condo! Best stocked place we have ever stayed…had everything we needed and then some! Great location, everything in the condo in immaculate condition, tons of room…I could go on and on. Easiest check in and check out we’ve ever had. Will definitely be back!

Spring Break Vacation

This is our second time staying at one of Derek’s properties. Because we had such a great first experience, we decided to wait for his listing while he transition from his last property to this property. It was completely worth the wait! This property is as advertised. It was very neat and clean. I am particular about cleanliness and this fit the bill. Had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again when we come back this way!

Clean, Comfortable, Relaxing

The condo is better than the pictures. The beds are firm, with lots of pillows! The couches are comfy, and the kitchen is spacious. The showers had good water pressure. It was a great place to relax after days at the ballpark. Dereck was a great communicator and answered all of our questions close to immediately. By the time we got there, everything was covered. We absolutely plan to stay again!

Derek’s condo was extremely clean and perfectly located for our purposes - close to many golf courses, great restaurants and uncrowded beach access points! We also loved the choice of several pools in the development. Derek was easy to communicate with and made check-in and check-out super easy.

Great location and great price

A beautiful, clean, comfortable condo for a family stay. A short drive from the beach, with lots to do and see. The owner was quick to respond and very helpful. If you've had enough of the beach there's a great pool area and place to BBQ. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we return to Myrtle Beach!

Great Location

In Myrtle Beach for baseball tournament and some golf. Location close to both as well as grocery, drug store and restaurants. Very clean and nicely updated.

Spring break golf trip

First trip to Myrtle Beach for a golf vacation (normally do the beach thing). Beautiful condo with everything you could need. Spotless clean. Great location overlooking a green, with tons of shopping, activities, and restaurants near by.

Great place in a great location

Great place right in the Myrtlewood golf club complex. Close to Broadway on the Beach and convenient to the whole Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas. The condo was very nice, decorated well, nice enclosed outdoor porch overlooking a scenic golf hole where we enjoyed watching approach shots into the green. Close to the pool. Great communication by Derek who was very friendly. Looking forward to staying here again.
