Property Description: Vista Bonita is a 3 story 3 bedroom Cozumel vacation rental villa located in the private little oceanfront community of Costa Del Sol. And, because Vista Bonita is 8 miles south of town, it's a very short boat ride to the major dive reefs.

Enjoyable last minute stay.

This duplex has a lot of space for a big group, the air conditioning works great, the community is really nice with a cool pool and a great pier/dock. The home itself is very basic. You're not gonna walk in and think "wow this is awesome" but it took care of our needs. The water pressure is super super low in the showers, especially on the top floor. The bedding/beds/pillows are not very comfy but again, worked. Great location for a family. Two bedrooms have king beds, one was a double plus there's a futon in the living room. Each bedroom has a full bath plus a half bath downstairs. Also, very affordable! I would highly recommend renting bikes from town if you don't have a rental car. We actually rented a car but also had bikes for when the group split activities. Loved having the bikes to get to the closer beaches & resturants.

Great location. The property was advertise with WIF and TV, wifi was not working,

Wifi not working which made it difficult to research destinations, tv not working, the third floor shower had a slow water flow and rusted. It took a few days for property management to get back at us. It seems that the wifi had not been working for a while, I wish we could have known before. It seems that this unit is not as well kept as the others. Still had a great time in Cozumel.

Cozumel Vacation!

Comfortable, well stocked unit with amazing outdoor facilities. Great for family and friends. Dock for dive boat pick up and swimming was nice. Pool & grounds perfectly maintained and beautiful. Unit provides privacty for guests with each bedroom having its own bathroom with shower, etc.

Very comfortable and convenient

After reading a bad review but noting that the incident was remedied, I decided to give this property a try. Jason, the Property Manager, was prompt with his response and checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Property is nicely decorated, has a great rooftop view of the ocean, and the rooms are spacious. The covered parking space was also a huge plus and was convenient to the property. Costa Del Sol staff was fabulous! We would stay here again.

This was our first visit to Cozumel and we had a great time!

The grounds of the property are spectacular and the beachfront is breathtaking! Sunsets were beautiful!! As far as the condo is concerned, I will relay the experience and let you decide. The agent told us prior to arrival that the washing machine was broken but they would get it fixed the next day. We were gone all day and did not hear from them so I tried to call and ask if they got it fixed so we could wash towels. I could not get a response so I tried using it and water went everywhere. So we used all the towels in the condo to clean up the mess. Then we tried calling the agent and the owner about clean towels and no response! We left the sopping wet towels in a bag at the door hoping they would get our messages and come switch them out. In the meantime we ran out of drinkable water and called to ask for help. No response. We had to bribe the groundskeeper for some water. Eventually the owner showed up and got nasty with us because of the bag of towels on the step. She never even introduced herself before laying into my daughter at the door. Then she was disgusted that we had water from the groundskeeper when she had come over to bring water to us. No clean towels though! The washing machine never got fixed while we were there. Never received any responses to any of our calls.

Because it is located on the south side of the island were the scuba and snorkeling is the best, also has it own beautiful beach area and pier. The swimming pool is located right in front of beach area with a main pool and a kids pool, also has a hot tub.The beach area is private to the community.Also scuba companies can pick you up at the pier ,so you do not have to go to them.Making it very convenient for a scuba trip.
