About this property

Come lay by the screened in pool listening to the custom waterfall overlooking beautiful Lake John and Cleveland Heights Golf and Country Club's gorgeous fairways. The birds and wildlife in your back yard are too many to list with a regulated bird sanctuary next door. The sunset views are breathtaking. Every room in the house boast a lake view. The spacious master suite has one of the best lake views of all and is equipped with an extra large shower with duel shower heads. The movie den has plush sectional seating for all your friends and family. The guest room is nicely appointed with a queen size bed and customs work space and is very tranquil. The kids room is fun with custom car bunk beds and room to play. Custom granite counter tops and cabinetry with comfortable bar area and GE Profile stainless appliances. The entire home was professionally decorated with Haverty's furnishings in 2017 and is warm and inviting.
