One bedroom with den. Sleeps 5 max. This rental is for the entire month. Use the dates u like, but it cannot be sub rented or shared. Fully furnished. Queen bed, with queen hide a bed in the den. Gated complex. Underground gated parking. Beach, pool, hot tub, rec room. 3rd floor with Southern mountain view. Cable, A/C, Utilities and WiFi included. In Suite laundry. Covered patio with BBQ. Enjoy your day on the private sandy beach or by the pool. Complex is completely non smoking inside and out. Everything you'll need is already there just bring your groceries and swimsuits. Strata and city rules only permit minimum 30 day rentals only(Sorry)

Great pool and hot tub area with a private beach/dock for the complex. Flat area with easy walking/cycling to town.
